Some of the colour change and crest change was to make the club a more recognisable brand which is what the Hull City chairman is trying to do. Who wouldn’t know who Cardiff City FC are I’m not sure.
We effectively did it when we changed back to the tree and crown as opposed to the council crest.
I think it’s more obvious than just a crest change.

Some of the pictures arrived on Sunday morning, some were collected from the training ground at half time by a rep of the club (not the supporters club) and some were still there.
As only the final shots were sent to him to be signed we have been putting together the sets of 3 and matching them to the relevant order as quickly as we can and a number were handed out post match.

They promised an ‘experimental’ shirt every 3 years and it’s fair to say that that is certainly experimental.
At least it isn’t pink like the last one.
