40 odd nil thrilling entertainment for the masses I can see this catching on
Southampton 1 Chelsea 5 we lost 0-2 at home cocker
Villa 0 Southampton 1 we won 3-0 at Villa cocker
Chelsea 2 southampton 2 not played at the bridge yet cocker
Southampton 0 Everton 0 we drew at home 2-2 cocker
United 2 southampton 1 gifted goal for the saints we lost heavily cocker
so your point is ?
Have a look at the link cocker, then compare the teams we’ve played in those six Prem games. then take the B) off.Ta
Too much going for them not to take anything from the game imo (oh and they have new manager syndrome, which we’ll never have while Whelans alive or Martinez is frightened of being found out)
We win tomorrow and I’ll eat humble pie
I was referring to the Premeir league form table cocker
Does anyone actually expect us to win tomorrow?Fancied us more against Stoke.
Predict 1-3 or 2-3 these men are on a roll, they’ll up for it more than us from the off with this new fella in charge. Fergie was impressed and to be honest they should have had 5 against Everton.
Get on em at 5/2 and if they win your in the money, if they lose it’s good for Latics. CAN’T LOSE STELLA BET.
They have won 1 game in six same as us
If we slip up tomorrow, I think we are as good as down. Why? I will tell you why…..We currently have 20 points. Our points per game average is 0.83.
We will probably need 40 points to ensure survival. If not 40, it’ll be close.
For us to get another 20 points from the remaining games, it will mean we have to improve our points per game average to 1.43 points a game over the season.
That’s some improvement.
We also have games to come away at QPR and Reading. I look at our remaining games and I see mostly draws and defeats. Therefore I see it as critical that we take 3 points tomorrow. Our run in this season is against scrappier teams than last season, and the games are fast running out.
At 5pm on Saturday night, I think we will have a better idea of if we will stay up or not.
The great Dave has spoken your predictions are about as accurate as Lawro’s
another season in the prem beckons goodpost
There seems to be a lot of weird posters on here lately Standish could be right
Really did you read all of it “The club have turned there attention to differant options” bit
Have you ever seen a game where the best team on the day gets beat ? Am I getting through yet !!!!
I have seen plenty games where the best team gets beat over the years
He would have been a wigan player now if the toffee’s had not of pulled out of this deal due to a players medical imo of course
Everton have decided to end their interest in FC Twente midfielder Leroy Fer.
The Toffees announced yesterday that they had agreed a fee with their Dutch counterparts for the 23-year-old.
However, reports over the last few hours had claimed that the deal was being held up because the Everton medical staff were concerned with a knee problem that had shown up on Fer’s medical tests.
Despite attempts to renegotiate a fee with Twente which would have been based upon appearances, the Premier League outfit have now opted to pull out of the deal.
“It’s a real shame. We were really excited about the prospect of Leroy Fer coming to Goodison,” the club’s chief executive Robert Elstone told Sky Sports News. “We thought only 24 hours ago that we had a very talented Dutch international coming here.
“The transfer didn’t go smoothly in the end and there were some issues. As our fans would expect, we have to put the club first. Our track record shows that we do that very well.
“Unfortunately it didn’t work out and that is because we have to be very careful about where we spend our money.”
Elstone went on to confirm that the club have now turned their attention to “alternative options”.
according to Wigan today we were going to make Mcgeady the best paid player in the clubs history
He has not signed a new contract that West Ham offered him he his holding out for £80 grand a week he sure learns quick does Momo
We dont need any additions,”best squad weve had “.Vicious circle being in bottom pile means no one fancys a sinking ship.Did anyone really think we would address our shortfalls ? Scharner should do a job but till Kone returns, then has a nice rest we going light up top.Qpr will make a fist of it now with that spending power and some are just jealous we cant do same .If the man in charge can afford it ,why not ?Are you drunk ?
Espinoza ,Scharner and that utd geezer although Espinoza was a freebie the man still wants paying probably take up to £2 mill over his contract
what about the 10mil they got for moses so sure 3mil shouldnt be a problem
Ramis ,Kone and other players would have eat that up
doubt it,thought moderators moderated so why they not seen it ?
Go on, do it.
Hopefully they’ll tell you to either f’ck off or grow a set of b0ll0cks.[/quote]
