Why is Hindley Golf course in Aspull ?
I’m waiting for the first Coyle out messages on this board after a couple of defeats by the usual suspects who have been harping on about Bobby since he left
FA CUP WINNERS 2013 :P
” the club has received an initial allocation of 10,000 tickets for the Wembley showpiece on Saturday, August 24.”
oh dear how times have changed
Dear Deluded,
It was announced a couple of weeks ago 8000 ST had been sold.
Boro normally bring a healthy following. Lets say a minimum of 1500.
Even a chubbie jawdee should understand the maths on this one?
TAnd of course every single one of those ST holders will pass up on the chance of going to Wembley for a Tics/Boro game instead? Where will The Egg be that day? Or do you just count every ST holder on the crowd figure regardless of whether they are in attendance? I thought that was just a chubby trick…
And if you think Boro travel in such huge numbers, you are in for a surprise.
Jeez you only got 10k tickets, there’s very few joint season ticket holders for both clubs and Latics will have been to Wembley 3 times by thenm taking numbers averaging about 20k. You don’t want us to help you out selling a few of those 10k as well do you?

they’ll bring a couple of thousand for Championship game on a Saturday more than what the Rhino’s normally bring no doubt and twice the distance eh Mutts notice you’ve avoided the Dundee f******* United friendly attendance on the other thread
Plus there is probably a postal strike to contend with which will put everything back a day or so
Remind me who your home pre-season marquee foreign opposition are this time round?
Dundee Fucking United.
That’s gonna get ’em flocking down the DW innit?
Question Mutty who will have the biggest attendance this weekend the worriers visting Leigh for the challenge cup semi final or the tics for a friendly against Dundee f***ong United vearing in mind this little quote from cubbie.com
From what I’ve heard from someone who knows the manager at Leigh Sports village, the other day we’d sold around the 2k mark. Not sure how many have gone since but I can’t see it being many. SO it isn’t looking great,
No comment mutts a friendly against Dundee F****** United attracts more paying spectators than the Chubbie cup semi final
this mons lost the plot over on chubbie.com talk about over the top
I think it helps for the neutral that it was Wigan dishing out the hiding, as we are the most famous team, and for many who only watch the game occasionally, having the chance to see the wonder of a world famous brand would be a great throw back to when the game was at he height of its popularity.
Had a much less famous brand – say, Warrington – won, it would have done more harm to the game.
I was reading an article which said that while people like evenness of competition they also love greatness. Who complains that Bolt always slaughters his opposition.
For someone tuning in for the first time in a while they would have seen a world famous brand putting on an exhibition. The broader context would hardly register.are you not pleased that the Most succesful British rugby team are in the final a good account of our town dont you think

Judging by the comments on that Bolton forum we should expect the team to fall to pieces in twelve months time under Coyles management
