Where are the next Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, Queen, U2 Oasis or even Blur to a certain extent going to come from?This modern day s***e gets on my t**s.
Although I have to admit I do like Eminem.PS I have replied to you on the other thread.
All these kids playing ‘Guitar hero’ on their games consoles, and the ones you see playing the games in ‘GAME’, etc. Stood there, with the guitar style controller. Why the hell don’t they get a REAL guitar and learn how to play for REAL?
Granted, it takes time. (Took me best part of about 10 years) But at the end of the day, you’ve learned to play that instrument and that is so fulfilling.I think a lot of todays kids haven’t got the inclination and are living on another planet.

I never really got into Metallica, but I like ‘Nothing Else Matters’. A mate of mine has got some stage gear that was once Hetfield’s, and has some plec’s of his.
