WHAT!! The easiest ground to get to by road and you suggest train!.
Ok walk to bus stop 10 mins
    bus to Wigan 20 mins
    Train (via Preston) 1 hour
    Walk to ground 25 mins

    Car = 45 mins

    No brainer really

I watched the game last night again (BT Vision). And tbh we didn;t play that badly really. Was unlucky a few times with not getting the back of the net and VERY unlucky that Utd weren’t down to 10 or even 9 men.
Our back 4 and Kirky let us down, silly mistakes. But on and up I say.

that’s good that I could leave just before 7 and get baby to bed. Hubby gets an evening nag free and we are happy all round.

yeah was gonna do that but need to feed baby before I leave. He is on ‘organic milk’ iykwim.

Blue, I agree with you. I am not sure whether Kirky is fit or just gone to pieces with this new style of play. he looks a nervous wreck and seems to take EONS to make a decision. I think we need a new keeper meself.

I am with you there lads. I think after Sat match against Villa everyone thought we had turned into Barcelona, Liverpool or Chelsea (never Man U can’t stand them). Anyways we did come down to earth with a bump but for Gods sake this is when the lads need us. Now I can understand being disappointed if it was the end of the season and we were fighting for suvival.
So come on get behind the lads and Roberto on Sat AND PLEASE NO BOOING or I will come and get you!!!!

In that case then shouldn’t we be bdding for another keeper. Kingson hasn’t done much except that cup match where he made a superb save but nowt much since then.

These replies are like a box of chocloates you never know what your gonna get……lol.

Owd Git, please don’t go back into retirement we need pearls of wisdom from the likes of you. There are many, including me, who agree with you that to totally change the way you play doesn’t happen over night and the even more cleverer ones realise that there maybe some of the players don’t have the techinal ability to play the way Rob wants them too. Sometimes in life and sport you need to loose to realise were your weaknesses are so you can fix them. For me that was Tuesday and I would sooner fix it at the beginning of the season than at the end if we are needing the points.
Please stick around (I am not gay, i am a lady!!!)

To be honest they usually do. They gve free tickets for kids away at schools but the problem being is that the kids are off ’till Sep. But in saying that there would be nothing wrong in advertising it in the paper say kid for a quid.

in reply to: What do we think? #5717

Well if he signs and Diame we will have had Jesus, Mohammed and Moses play for us. Nice ‘Prophet’s’ for Dave Whelan.

Problems??? We’ve won 1 lost 1. Could be worse we could be LEEDS. Whelan is making sure we aren’t going to be a Leeds. Massive debts and big wage bills. He was on 5 live today saying we will ALWAYS be a se;ling club because we aren’t Liverpool or Man U.

Oh yeah forgot about that. I was being a bit harsh then. But still last season his kicks do seem to go into orbit allowing the opposition to regroup.
