We cannot continue in this rut…..a fluke goal Tuesday papered over a pile of shite…….another away debacle…..Super Stu and crew will still want Cook at the helm……please, please get him out before we end up in an impossible position. The results bad and the football is tragic.!!!

Sack him now and make the fecker cadge a lift back over the hill.5 October 2019 at 9:20 pm #181233Why doesn’t he at least try something different?
The subs today we’re just a straight two for two and then a 1 for 1.
Could we for once be a bit more radical and switch things around and go for wins.
3 shots on target today just tells it all that things are not right in attack or maybe it’s in the support and back up from midfield.
Why not just try 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1. Got to try something as the full 4-2-3-1 he sticks with other than dull and bad on the eyes is ineffective with our league One standard squad.5 October 2019 at 9:38 pm #181235Why doesn’t he at least try something different?

That is very p155 poor by anyone’s standards. We are too static, predictable & really lack a creative player.
5 October 2019 at 9:57 pm #181236What now requires supporters to be more vocal. Cook must know he is unpopular with most supporters, but the Royalls and directors must spend their days in a bunker.
Time to turn the heat on the new owners. They are allowing the situation to continue and very happy Cook is getting all the blame.
A CHANT of COME BACK DAVE would be something that is directed directly at them. Simple and I think it would be effective.
5 October 2019 at 10:13 pm #181237Shows how deluded they are with the announcement of the fans forum with Cook, Royle and Jackson on 15th October.
If they expect a night of jovial frivolity and good humour, I think they are misjudging things just a bit.
5 October 2019 at 10:14 pm #181238Just watched the highlights & in fairness we could have won the game 1 – 2. Just didnt go for us. Regardless the away record is still atrocious.
5 October 2019 at 11:47 pm #181240Tactics away amateur. Moore a good signing just no one to get to by line and give him something to go at.Look how many balls he wins 30 yds out. No striker would get goals here. Players being stifled . Our squad is better than this and until Cook goes things wont get better. Christ, can anyone really complain if he’s potted ? Our away record is justification on it’s own. The Royles and above need to pull their heads out their arses and act quickly before we have 7000 gates. Not just the results……its shit to watch .Can’t pass, score in open play certainly not entertain…..ffs end his tenure now.
6 October 2019 at 12:20 am #181241Even at home Keifer is stifled. Why are the hierarchy not asking serious questions of Cookie. We must be close to setting some kind of record for away losses. Its ridiculous.
6 October 2019 at 3:22 am #181242He’s gone!!!
6 October 2019 at 11:30 am #181243I can’t see Cook getting sacked unless we fall into the relegation zone. Our way form is absolutely diabolical, of that there can be no excuses. On the other hand our home form under Cook is very good. In two seasons in the championship we have lost to 3 teams (Leeds, Sheffield United and Birmingham). Without this form we would have been relegated by now.
Our league position is matched by the size and infrastructure of the club. Looking at the clubs in and around us why do we expect to do better? We must average less than 10,000 home supporters in a league where those at the top end average three times as many.

6 October 2019 at 1:58 pm #181245Preston ???They might be in the play-off positions, but have they actually achieved anything yet?

No they haven’t and fingers crossed they don’t but that aside for a club with the geographical area Nobs draw support from and for a town the size of Preston they must be pulling their hair out in frustration at the size of their support for their league position.
It’s the same old scenario for them though that we have and that’s attracting anyone extra than season card holders.6 October 2019 at 3:52 pm #181247They have small squad, score for fun and good on the eye.Us?….. Dire on the eye, only Barnsley have scored less and as we know should our home form waiver then we really will be in the relegation fight.
