How can Newcastle Untited, as a club, accept that the incident took place but then refuse to reimburse the amateur club £200?
£200? They must have spent more than that on witch hazel for Hadairas ‘bruised’ leg. With the top of the league done and dusted, the attention will be on the bottom.
Latics v Villa
The £100 million game.
Things like this always happen at the end of every season, I for one hope it doesn’t come to that.
Have you noticed that the worst ones for bleating about decisions, are the clubs that think they’re big clubs but actually aren’t?
Whining world champions, Liverpool, closely followed by Newcastle and west ham, and coincidentally they’re full of dirty shitbag players themselves, I give you Suarez, Gerrard, Cabaye, Tiote, and Nolan.
Reverse psychology at its finest, make everyone think youre hard done too, whilst being the biggest shower of c*nts there is.
Just read ssn’s latest load of sensationalist bollocks, and they described it as a two footed lunge, whilst showing a picture of the one footed tackle.
The headline reads ‘amoebi wants FA action’, whilst the quotes from amoebi actually say that whilst these things aren’t ‘expected’ in football, they happen, and that he’s guilty of it himself a couple of times, and that you just get on with it.
Ignore sky in all this and there is no drama, no lynchmob, and the lad gets his head down and gets on with it, as it is, he’s probably a nervous wreck, and the other lad has to act on he’s injured for another week just so Newcastle can milk the thing for all it’s worth, had a scan, didn’t find anything, have another scan next week, won’t find anything, if he had a game this weekend he’d be playing ffs.Should be yesterday’s chip paper, thanks to sky it will be all weeks ‘headlines’
It’s a red card all day, if the ref didn’t see it then he’ll be done retrospectively and can’t really have any complaints. Comparing it to past tackles that may have been worse, that may have escaped punishment is pointless.
I just hope it doesn’t set the lad back too much in his development, that would be the real injustice in all this, I don’t think he deserves that, bad tackle, end of chat.Yep, still a load of absolute wank.
Do one then.[/quote]
What an absolute Internet warrior, gobshite of a man you are, thread after thread of sanctimonious, repetitive, childish, bullying, boring rubbish, and you as one of the main contributors to the inane shite, do one I will, but because I want to, because it’s wank, not because some jumped up dickhead from Salford tells me to, what a prick you are.
Yep, still a load of absolute wank.
This forum is w*nk
Take a break then (email me if you want back on editor@cocknetlatic.co.uk)
Sixth time lucky then…………
Surely the best way to develop young players is to integrate them into the team over a period of time, and only a couple at a time at most. Not to throw them all into a cup game which they know doesn’t really matter in the eyes of the manager (his words not mine).
Those players should be given a run throughout the season in all competitions, surely putting 1 or 2 in with an established first team is more productive, or am I being silly?I think it is a liberty for a team like Wigan to enter a competition like the FA cup or even league cup, with the history and prestige that comes with winning it, only to disregard it by using it as a training exercise for your reserves or youth team.
I can understand it when the likes of utd or arsenal do it in the league cup, because they’re usually in the champions league aswell and their reserves usually make more than a game of it anyway, they’re probably doing the league cup in particular a favour by entering it, because they are the big clubs that everyone wants a crack at, and they can afford to let down their fans in that competition because theyre probably giving them pleasure in the league or Europe.
We are Wigan athletic ffs, who are we to disregard ANY competition, it makes you wonder what it’s all about, is the be all and end all the premier league? Is that worth sacrificing everything else? It’s like sacrificing your soul, this club now has no soul, it’s sold it to sky television and the premier league in exchange for just enough money to get by, which is the reason I’m done with it altogether, fucking shite!
There’s no white dog poo anymore because of 2 things
Dogs don’t wander the streets as much cruising for a bit of a lock in bumming session
Butchers don’t give dogs bones anymore
That would have been beastiality.
It was totally expected, reserve team, shit crowd, only problem is that there is now a replay, midweek and you couldn’t get much further away, a joke really.
The worrying thing is that this is our 2nd string, they are supposed to be back up for injured/suspended players in the premier league, and they can’t even put away a lower league team when at home.
No point moaning about it though, we knew what was coming, anyway, I decided to pick a different team to cheer for just for the FA cup, a team that might actually have a go, so Huddersfield were chosen off the top of my head and they enjoyed an away win at Charlton and will look forward to the 4th round draw, I think a top 4 prem team away will be just the ticket, see if Beckford can repeat his heroics at old Trafford the other year. I’d suggest to anyone else that wants to piss an moan about Latics not giving a shit, just pick a different team to cheer for then, it’s easy!
