Why not have the South, West and half of the East for ST holders, meaning that the North and/or half the East could be used for visiting fans or promotions, depending on who you play. For the likes of Fulham, give them 1000 seats in the corner of the East, sell the remainder to the half-way line, and offer the North to the likes of Heinz to give to their employees – result being less empty seats. For the likes of Man Utd, give them the North and 3000 in the East – result being less empty seats.Its a win-win situation.

i think micky was been sarcastic phil referring to dave getting a cob on the other day because no one replied to his thread.i never saw the post so i have no idea what he said but calling people inbred because no one posted to it is a bit suspect would’nt you say?. you are witty sometimes dave and i will give you that like the thing about getting the pilots attention but its a forum dave and people wind each other up its the nature of the beast. its not real life and its all throw away comments by people alot of the time so don’t take it so personal? thats my advice any way!!Bob….

Blackpool for me too.
Went to watch them thrash the arris off Swansea last month with a pal of mine (long story) and must say they looked quite a good team. New part of the stadium was up and running and had a proper feeling about it.
Only just over 9000 on but by ‘ell they can make a racket (we could learn a lesson there) and their MC at the begining of the game got the crowd going and continued whenever he got the chance – our guy could learn a lesson or two from him.
Oh and Mr Martinez if you are seriously still considering bringing Britton here please have a rethink – he was absolute ‘tosh’ (and was subbed).
The rest of the night pales into a haze I’m afraid…………… ;)

If his morning team talk is as good as the ‘bollockings’ I’ve had to dish recently then body chemistry should be high. If not then, like most other failed campaigns, communication has to be looked at.
I’m all for a multi-national, flair playing, passing, surprise setting, springboard asking, money making, above-weight punching, BBC pisi5ngoffing team, however…………….today (as you read this) we will prevail.

The problem is that the game has changed since the 60’s, players have more power and the finance in the game puts more pressure on managers.And it’s not just the ‘prima donna’ players thinking that they have more power. How do you think Roberto de Mateo felt after having been told by the agent of one of his players that he felt he was being played “out of position”?
