Too early to get carried away just yet, we won at VP on the opening day ffs. I’ll start worrying if we aren’t picking up points in Nov/Dec.
The thing with Whelan is he is only in it for himself. Ok he has got us where we are but it has only been a mission to power his own ego and rake in more cash. He’s no Jack Walker that’s for sure.

I would implore people NOT to go throwing their season tickets at anybody. Especially NOT Roberto Martinez. He’s got his hands tied. And you won’t get near enough to Whelan. He’s not daft. He was quick enough to cancel his book signing. His people obviously ‘know the score’ with people not being happy.do you honestly think you will get a refund vat after what went on the other season when they dropped all the gate prices after we paid up front for our season tickets and got nothing in return

Kirkland – Good keeper despite what people say.
Melcheot – Solid…not many better right backs
Bramble – Solid
Boyce – looks a bit rusty at the moment but more games will improve him
Figgy – we know what he can do
Diame – Think he will be better than Cattemole…just needs time
Thomas – reminds me of Palacios…but needs time
N’Zogbia – He is OK, just needs to focus on his final ball (If he decides to pass it)
Sharner – not a midfielder
Sinclair – Has the skill, needs to Gel
Gomez – I think he is a class act, a bit like Arteta…needs time to pick up the pace though
Rodders – we know what he can doKing – tvvat
Scotland – Jurys out
Koumas – Better this season…dunno what to say
Cho – needs a chance in the first team
Edman – class actso – I think what I am getting at is this team needs time to Gel – I do think it is a bit worrying not to get another stiker….would have taken a 6 month loan for Macheda at United…but hey…there are worse teams around us….FFS, look at Bolton :lol:

Thomas – Again agree, Will do well with time
N’Zogbia – Yes a little greedy but one of the only ones with a bit of flair
Scharner – Ok player, Temprament completely wrong, need shut of him
Sinclair – Playing for a chance at Chelsea, Looks quite the player
Gomez – Nice distribution, Needs help around him
Rodallega – Good but on his own???King – Agree (obviously)
Scotland – Not good enough, Silly gamble on someone gone 30 unproven in a league like this

here we go …… 3 games in, bobs not got a clue …..off with his head get a grip what happened to hope whelan gives him time listen to yourselfs, won 1 lost 2 lets go back to the end off last season when we hadnt won at home for 8 games i think (may be wrong) great football that under bruce and look what happend next he shits on us again and does nothing but talk us down. Now bob eats,breaths the latics i listen to whelan yesterday on sky and he said bob had reignited his love for football and his love for latics, i can see great things for us in the future if he is given the chance and if that means relegation 1st so be it weve been in worst postions than this, i remember when jewel came in and we got absolutly batterd by crewe at home but he was given the chance and look where he took us,give bob the chance he needs and keep off his back and who knows where we will end up.KEEP THE FAITH
we dont need to worry about our crowds was talking to a wanders fan last neat and they have taken a massive slump this season he said wait till we play fulham or pompey and you will see what i mean it just looks like we got good crowds because of the away support
you will only need to leave at 6 to 6.30ish loads of parking and its easy access to ground both going and coming home
