Don’t be so naive fella. He’s just as bad as the rest of the greedy barstewards in the Prem.

Double his wages and guess what? He signs a new contract!!

    I’ve got a song for him, it goes summat like this. . . . . .

One greedy bast*rd, there’s only one greedy bast*rd.

He’ll be off in the summer, regardless of the “new, improved contract”

And the fact that he can’t actually defend just makes it worse!!!!

    in reply to: Figueroa #20352

    HE IS GARBAGE!!

Why does everyone seem to think this guy is any good??

    HE CAN NOT DEFEND!!!!!!

Got erm. . . . . . . . stuck in Hooters for the evening for some reason!!

And it wasn’t for the Spurs v Leeds match!!!!!!

in reply to: Does anybody here know? #19717

Does he smell of urine?? Or am I thinking of another ginger legend from the Springfield Park era??

Never used to miss a game home or away.

Can’t actually tell what either of them say when they speak!!

in reply to: England world cup tickets! #19711

Sounds like ticket sales aren’t going too well.

Germany have only sold 1,700 of their 29,000 allocation and Holland have sold around 7,000 of their 29,000 allocation.

in reply to: Notts County at home. Crowd? #19525

Around 8,000. County should bring a decent following.

in reply to: Who’d swap winning FA Cup for relegation? #19516

    stupidquestion.co.uk

If we go down fella, we won’t go back up. And with predicted attendances of around 10,000 in the championship i’m afraid we’d have to sell all of the big earners. Which in turn would probably see us relegated again.

It’s a BIG NO from Appley Bridge!!

in reply to: Hull load of trouble #18752

    Erm. . . . . . . . Let me think about it. . . . . . . . No thanks ha ha!!!!

Reason being if Hull get a penalty, i’m sure Mr Zaki will be putting himself forward to have a pop!!

Perhaps we should have signed him to take our penalties??!!

in reply to: Hull load of trouble #18730

He can’t even keep himself up!! Looks like he’s been shot every time someone goes anywhere near him!!!!

We had the best out of him, but then defenders got wise to his playing style.

He’ll be lucky to bag more than our very own Jason Scotland this season.

    in reply to: Kapo #17787

There must have been a few Thugby fans helping out!! ;)

in reply to: best team of the 90s #17786

I remember going to Wycombe on the penultimate game and seeing Bournemouth fans in the stand to the left hand side supporting Wycome!!

We pipped Bournemouth to the last play-off place on goal difference.

    Sad f00kers!!!!!

A bit like Koumas really, Floatbox.

The pair of them have got to be two of the most talented (potentially!) footballers we’ve ever had at Wigan, but for some reason they have just been a massive let down.

Shame really, i’m sure Roberto will replace him :?

    in reply to: Kapo #17702

Olivier Kapos’ move to French side Bolougne was last night thrown into doubt after ice & snow threatened to delay the Latics’ strikers flight from Liverpool airport to complete the transfer.

Fortunately 15,000 people, ironically wearing Wigan Athletic colours, arrived at the airport to assist with the removal of the ice & snow!!! ;)

Au Revoir Olivier, it’s been a pleasure witnessing your skill, speed, passion an talent.
