Sephton01. You seem to have put a “m” at the end of your valuation of Figueora. ;)

He’s cack and always has been.

If he carries on playing the way he has been, he’ll be going to Wigan Infirmary and i’ll be doing a stint inside!!!

I understand what you’re saying fella, but Boyce, Bramble,Kirkland etc should not be put under the pressure that Fig causes in the first place.

Pen & note-pads at the ready ha ha!!

Ps. Ashley Young & James Milner will have been shown videos of Fig by Martin O’Neill. They’ll be rubbing their mittens together!!!

    Trueblue.

Admittedly at the beginning of the season I was looking forward to Edman coming back. He looked like a really solid, steady left back last season until his injury. . . . . . . Unfortunately I witnessed the 10 goal thriller against Tottenham where Edman was. . . . erm. . . . . absolute cack!!

In reply to your question, I honestly don’t know where a left back can be found, but as I said earlier, the goals conceded due to Figs’ lack of positional knowldge and ball watching this season has been embarrasing.

I’d love to know how many goals have come due to crosses that could / should have been cut out in the left back area this season. I’d have a wager at around 25%.

Again, as stated earlier, watch him a little closer on Saturday. You’ll find yourself shouting like a f00king lunatic at him!!!!

Why? Who plays left back for Sunderland these days???

    Figueora= Great Talent???

I’ll tell you what fella, if you eally think this guy is any good you need your head testing!

At fault for 4 goals at Old Trafford because he can’t defend. If Hull had a decent striker at the weekend he’d have had a bag full, simply because of Figs’ awful defending.

The amount of goals we have conceded down the left side this season has been shocking.

Yeah, he can score from the half way line, but i’m afraid that’s not what he’s in the team for.

Watch him closely against Villa on Saturday, see how far away from their right winger he constantly positions himself.
Valencia must have been lonely last Wednesday, as was Hulls’ winger on Saturday. Come to think of it, every right sided midfielder who’s played against him this season must have been reaching for the Lynx once they’ve returned to the dressing room.

    HE IS USELESS!

    HE CAN NOT DEFEND!!

IF SUNDERLAND WANT HIM, I’LL DRIVE HIM UP THERE!!!

£8 MILLION?? HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blue Peter Badge is in the post fella. Well done!

Ps. The stadium & surrounding areas are slightly larger than a drive and a works car park.

Pps. Sorry for the pedantic reply, but I find it unbelievale that people expected the game to go ahead with the current conditions!!

    Just my opinion though ;)

You are seriously blaming the club for this??

I was really looking forward to the match tonight, as I do every week, but come on fella, surely common sense has prevailed tonight!!

Have you left your house in the last 3 days?? You can’t honestly expect the club and council to prioritise the surrounding areas & car parks of the DW Stadium before the local road network?

    That bloody Whelan

in reply to: We’ve had Jesus now… #15775

    There’s only Wigan Athletic who could come up with a deal like that. . . . . . .

Agree £4 million for a player, then let him complete the season with the club he currently plays for!!

You just couldn’t make it up!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How about Euro-idiot?

Just a step up or two from your run of the mill Village-idiot!

in reply to: Whelan on ssn #13428

That’s exactly why Sky ring him. They know he’s going to come out with at least 5 controversial comments per interview!!!!

Fook me, we scored didn’t we??

There’s just no pleasing some folk ;)

You’re not seriously blaming Kirkland for that shambles are you Bath??

Could have been an awful lot worse if he wasn’t playing today believe it or not.

    Now Edman. . . . . . . . . . . 6 were blatantly his fault, why the poor bugger wasn’t subbed i’ll never understand!!
