Ha Tesco’s a 24hr now if you want some more. Only awake as I am working 2-10 this week :x and have been out the last 2 nights so thought I would have a quiet one tonight…Doctors at 8.30 though so will be off watching 90210 soon. My kids are 12 and 15 so it would save me a few bob, I’d rather be in the East though, can people with influence on here (Jayt probably) try and persuade them to make it any stand, I would be grateful. Good idea by the club and is to be commended.

I got a leaflet through the door today from an Independant standing for election, Bob Brierley. I read through his bumf and I thought it was ok, the word LOCAL was used at every given opportunity by this local lad from the local community and I was being swayed towards voting for this local lad in the Makerfield area, as I closed the leaflet the name of the printers and their BOLTON phone number was on the back, do we not have printers in Makerfield Bob ? I certainly know of some ! Local jobs for local people !I emailed Bob to say that I thought the above was wrong and he has replied, saying that the Bolton company he used was £800 as opposed to quotes of double that locally. I therefore would like you to ignore what I posted above.
If you live in Makerfield and this fella’s leaflet comes through the door, have a read. I am switching my vote from B N P to Bob for 4 reasons, I agree with just about all of his leaflet, he’s local, he took the time to reply to my email fairly quickly and he’s got the same name (ish) to our Manager.Not getting into an argument about it but I don’t think there was just you and your lads in there that night.

Last time I went to Eastlands they had lads walking about with those back packs on, they just pour you a pint as they’re walking around, seems like a good idea.

A Whiskey or Vodka choice would be good, better machines to pump the ale or leaving the bar open longer would help the queues, it can be done, it was at Bolton (not sure if it’s legal or not though), leave the tv screens on for the full 90, plastic bottles and cans might be an option, can’t taste any worse than what’s on offer.
Maccy d’s – No !Jay its a massive leap from 10 years ago. All I am saying is that it is correcting itself now and levelling out due to Prem interest waining ! We havent exactly set the World alight have we ! A lot of the curious fans will slowly drop away unless of course we come out of the blocks flying come next season !Hopefully more kids will get hooked and bring their mates along to balance things out, the one’s that would have been United or Liverpool 10 years ago.
