Nicholls has spent almost his entire WAFC career thus far out on loan, and other than a season at Northampton, its not like he’s been getting regular 1st team experience, so other managers are also not giving him game time.Didn’t Caldwell sign someone from Torquay and then loan him back for the rest of the season? I would expect this guy to be No2 keeper next season and Nichols to be quietly moved on for an “undisclosed fee” – ie they paid him off.
At least two of the Barnsley goals should have been meat and drink saves to Nicholls.

Where was Jussi?I spoke to Jussi at the Promotion party last night he wasn’t giving too much away but he hinted that he wasn’t injured.
Bit of a mystery really when Jussi was the only one “rested” for me Nicholls justified his departure in the summer.

I wish i had your confidence Tez, none of us know what to expect on Saturday.
I think that all people are saying is let’s get to 2.30pm on Saturday with the points in the bag, then let the Blackpool fans sort their own shit out!
Oh and i for one want us to win the match and again against Barnsley, simple reason i want us to go up as Champions, finishing 2nd and getting promoted on goal difference would take the shine off the end of season party!

I’m with Otter on this one, my worst fears are us being 2 or 3 nil up promotion in the bag then it all kicks off, apparently the Blackpool fans are talking about a pitch invasion for a protest, if our lot get involved then the game will get abandoned, points deductions and fines, a bloody nightmare!

Early kick off on Saturday 12.30pm for those that are going to Blackpool, those attending the beamback at the DW stadium shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced with a 12.30pm kick off, that should remain a 3pm kick off!
I don’t see why the fans that didn’t get tickets should dance to Blackpool’s tune, they haven’t done them any favours!

What are your thoughts on the players sent out on loan this season – will they be back in the fold come August, or will they be moved on quietly during the summer period?Emyr Huws, who was very critical of the club and downright disrespectful to GC and the squad he was assembling still has two years to run on his contract. I suspect that he will not be welcomed back with open arms by the current squad and will be moved on (at a big loss), but what about Andy Taylor & Billy McKay – do you think they will be back at the DW next season?
What does it matter to you Smutty, are the eggs and Mackems not cutting the mustard so you’re thinking of coming back?

Wonder how many will go without tickets next week heard a rumour that nearly all there corporate has been sold to usWouldn’t surprise me one bit, i said the other day on here “its turned in to a farce”
Blackpool FC stadium holds 17,500, they have an average crowd of 7,000 and we only get an allocation of 3,000 (7,500 empty seats) an allocation of around 5,000 for us would have been ok.
Smaller clubs with smaller stadiums have bent over backwards for us this season, giving us extra tickets etc, plus making a few quid in the process.
Blackpool FC is an absolute shambles of a football club, i can understand the fans frustration!Fuck the EFL

Speed at which they sold out, Latics fans occupying nearly all hospitality sections, Blackpool fans encouraging giving ST’s to our fans etc, doesn’t make sense not to make more tickets available. Think they will be our fans in various parts of the ground and travelling without tickets.
