…… then the turnout v West Brom could be very embarrassing.
Put a guess in on Horc’s comp
I will, but after Luton away. The 3-1 defeat will take its toll.
Won’t make that much difference to the official crowd as it’s near enough down to season card holders only now.Pulis,Hughton,Hughes
All the above are wishful thinking and will want a higher profile Club. When we lose at Luton and Cook finally bites the dust a lot on here are going to be disappointed with his replacement.
As I’ve said before we already have 2 managers at the club who could take over in the interim.
The Everton links could still put Unsworth in the frame.
We will appoint someone from the lower reaches.
All the above could happen which I doubt will appease Latics fans.
Could Ian Holloway not do a job here?.
Off course he could. Don’t hear much of him these days. What’s he up to?
Expections
1. Chris Hughton
2. David MoyesReality
1. Neil Warnock for 6 Months
2. Owen CoyleI suspect the Royle’s are realists which is why Paul Cook still has his Job.
Coyle has signed for an Indian League club today !
Phew !
You laugh but he is a better alternative to what we have and his football was better than the shite we play now.Relegation form all day long and a downward curve since the late Derby defeat in October.
That game was the turning point for me and it highlighted all the faults in 90 minutes for me and was the shape of things to come. A late avoidable goal caused by defensive laxity and sheer lack of effort and belief.
All the faults have been more stark since that game in my opinion and it’s hard to see it changing now .Turning point for me was after the Bristol City home win last season. Spiralled downhill ever since that bar a few bacon savers for Joycey mark 2.
Over a million am afraid. Not helpful fans booing Naismith when he comes on at one up. Confidence looked shaky and so it proved. Must be horrible to be treated like that by your own supporters. Luton next week could be pivotal. The fans were booing Cooks decision to take Pilkington off.
Oops forgot…. for what its worth 9893Same here 9453
Origins.
Thanks for that Sammy. It certainly makes you think.
He needs to do a Martinez and eat some humble pie and change some things he has refused to. Tuesday he changed to 442, he needs to change his selections too in some cases.Bobby didn’t change much but when he did it brought us the cup and the greatest escape in greed league history.
Maybe the actual word poverty has been corrupted in its interpretation Sam. I see poverty in third world countries and in poorer parts of Europe and this has no resemblance to many of the 25% of the UK population who are said to be in poverty.
Would you say our MP in Chorley, Hoyle a Corbyn nodding dog who will be on over £150 grand a year will be in poverty if his outgoings to live in London are £135 grand a year?
Its all just playing with words and figures.
Obviously Sam you think Westminster is to blame for the 25% of the countries population being in what is described as poverty so kindly explain why Westminster is to blame?A point gained by going for the three. Shame he had to settle for the point when the negative substitutions kicked in on 67 minutes.
May still be 4-2-3-1 with Garner playing as the central attacking midfielder behind Moore.
Of course there is poverty and it comes in many different forms but with figures full fact give of 14 million plus which is one quarter of the UK population roughly then it’s hard to be in agreement with that figure.
Nil, nil. Morsy booked.
He shouldve been sacked today.
Shithouses.
Egg, you sound like youd be happy to see us in lower leagues.
Is there no ambition any more at this club? Doesnt sound like it.
From a fan perspective I hated the Prem if i’m honest. Horrible league. On the other hand I love this division and would be quite happy to stay here for the foreseeable with the odd decent cup run.
As my mrs will tell you, I hate losing but as I’ve said on other posts a new manager won’t necessarily mean success.
Spot on with those sentiments but with the poor away form and tedious football it may just be the time for a change but like you say nothing would be guaranteed. -
