Another million magiced up from nowhere. No austerity measures yet at the cheats. Hope the money goes in the war chest.
Hope you’re right Simm but that is very optimistic.
I just pray that we can get a few over 10k and be in the top half of the attendance table just to keep the media pricks away.
That would be good. Fewer away fans this time too.
No argument at all with that Egg and it gives a plain and simple explanation to my original query.
It wasn’t all his fault but the title of players player of the year last year well that says a lot doesn’t it. He was admitidly one of the best of a bad bunch last year but man alive his form was well below the standard needed for survival. Good move Latics, cash in and also reduce the wage bill.
Some of us must be unique. Well Horc Lostock Hall and I have never in any of our years have walked at a Latics match before the final whistle. Don’t know if any of the Leyland fands have or not.
So you don’t think they should pay us up front or there should not actually be an embargo on them then 35. Not many on here have pro QPR views but good on you if that is your opinion I have every respact for you.
I think Al with Bottom 4 has wound them in over again.
Honestly though let’s pray that owd Calam doesn’t try and replicate that walking around the box with sideways passing style. Slow slow possession football. Falling asleep thinking about it.Hope the cheats pay us up front. Surprised those lot are not on a transfer embargo. Enjoy your Pot of gold Perchy and thanks for your role in our relegation last season.
I wouldn’t be very happy if towards the end of this season one of Latics home fixtures was switched to a ground over 200 miles away. Bloody daft!!
I know what you mean Rich and agree there is a element of deserting but I don’t think we as a football club are particularly sinking. Just changing and hopefully standing on our own two feet unlike many around who exist like they are blinded by the debts they wallow in. One day the bubble will burst and it will be a big boy that sinks like the club sniffing around Perch who have cheated and continue to cheat around financial rules (not that QPR are one of the big boys).
Fat gets have 4 more home games. Could they not just play a couple at Leigh Horwich or Preston so we could play a few friendlies at home. Home advantage isn’t that important to them as they are annually given a place in the end of season knock out thingy. They don’t even treat their own fans at home with respect by playing weaker or stronger teams to manipulate a final adventaegeous position.
Only rats desert a sinking ship ?!!!???!
Ffs he will go to whoever pays the biggest wages ffs and our club will get shut of anyone for enough money and and again save an over inflated wage. Ffs Perch is ok but not exactly a super star. Jesus he was another of the over paid mercenaries who relegated us last year. Get real we are a small club with f all fans and we can not afford billy big bollocks ex bar code faiures anymore.People seem to miss the point of friendlies. It’s not about seeing how the squad play together necessarily. It’s looking at individual players in a match situation rather than training.
And that is a very good point and one that I have totally overlooked. Still think there should be more games with a side resembling the Coventry starting eleven playing a full match or two and especially one on our home turf, even more so after last seasons abysmal home record.
