Time to gel is pre season. Everyone was getting excited with last year’s squad on the eve of the season. So you’re right we may have to be a little patient as most of our newcomers have had no gelling time and missed out on the valuable warm weather training abroad. Also it may take time for a few of these players to acclimatise to playing at an higher level and get used to playing in a different system than they are used to. On paper it looks like we could be back to how Cook liked to play football in the promotion season. Fingers crossed there is no Hamstring infestation going around this time. Great to see options at the right and left of midfield and hopefully if Moore arrives options up front. Not sure who can play behind the striker yet. May be a good move to start Audrey there with Pilky or Jacobs on left and Massey or Lowe on the right. Hope we see some good wing play or some great runs from the wing backs. All these options. Let’s go for it this season and cause a major upset. That’s what we do best.
Hope the cheating scumbags get hammered and those three get injured. Bloody ridiculous the favouritism and bias the football authorities and EFL have shown this shower.
Bowens pork pies from Aggy and Chorley are bliss in a crust.
Dujon Sterling has now been signed to bolster the squad.
Hopefully the same class and mentality as Reece. Not really JR I can see we are replacing some of last season’s chaff hopefully with a bit more quality. Keeper should be better. Robinson has come back but we need another left back. Defensive midfield chaff of McDonald and Gibson have been replaced with Williams and McCleod. So we are slowly getting there.
Still those key players to replace though. Feeling a little optimistic that we may be able to be reaching last season’s position with a couple of new quality signings and hopefully the youngsters can play a part too.Clock.
Well that’s Gibson replaced. MC.Cleod replaces Shaun McDonald.
Keeper for keeper. Robinson for himself.
Still need to replace Grigg, James, Powell and that’s before anyone else leaves.Shame they weren’t all here 5 weeks ago to be training, gelling etc with the rest of the squad.
However the game these days is just so much a formula, boring and bland that new players arriving just slot in and out of a system.
It’s only like last season when square pegs where being shoved into round holes that this formula football falls apart.Bed.
Force.
Whist.
Is that Robbie, Kenneth or Andy?
If the club/ business owed £25 million why if they had assets were assets not sold prior to going into administration.
Even after admin why again are assets not sold to pay of debt.
They could have gone one better than in the eighties when an end was sold to Normid to help with financial problems. Demolish both ends this time and have an Aldi end and a Lidl end.
Funny how with Bolton they forever repeat history. Sell an end to sort them out. Sell Burden to help them out. Former owner virtually wrote £100 million off to sort them out, sell office space to help them out and sell Euxton to help them out yet they still think they’re a big club. FV’s now borrowing money from the PFA to sort them out. Get Lostock sold and pay some debt off you scandalous club!!!;Then there’s the Gordian Taylor factor. Played over 200 games for Horwich when they were Bolton.
Falcon.
