That’s not what I meant! You’ve got me checking the fixture list now.
Is that the same dud who has scored goals at every club he’s been at in League One?All except 1 stu!
Can’t see us losing this weekend gg, with or without Cook at the helm!
Please tell me you’re not travelling north this weekend!
If we’re gonna compare ourselves with Preston we should remember, Preston have spent a gazillion years in the shadows, they still go on about Tom Finney because they’ve done nowt else.
What have we done in the last 10 years?
Won the FA Cup
Played in Europe
Knocked Man City out of the cup
Knocked City out of the Cup again
Reached 2 FA Cup semifinals
Played in a Charity Shield final
Relegated twice playing the worst football in memory
Champions twice playing some of the best football in memory
Will Griggs been on fire, all over the world!
Nick Powell, good, bad and sh1*housing
4K at Doncaster
7-0 at Oxford
Stopped the “Fair play” winners going up
5-2 against some other cheats
It goes onWho would you rather be?
For me the years since coming out of the Premier League have been the most fun I can remember, it just costs an arm and a leg now compared to the 80’s. And my drinking has increased!
Genius! So without Whelan investment we would have got to Prem? Would have taken a fair run of luck at Springfield Park under Kenyon like but with guile and good management I see no reason why we couldn’t have got there!
Our best chance to have achieved this would have occurred had we have kept together our Freight Rover winning team. Alas, we were struggling financially, so had to sell off our prize assets. If that team had have stuck together, I believe it could have gone onto great things.
That was my all time favourite team, fabulous to watch but couldn’t get 4000 to come. And people still moaned “bloody rubbish Newell, Langley, Cook, Kelly”
From reading this forum for a while now there seems to be an overall frustration about where we are at. Although we are a relatively small club punching above our weight, with the players we have, we should be playing better than what we are. One or two perhaps have reached their limit but most just aren’t fulfilling their potential.
I was behind Cook last year as he hadn’t had much backing in the transfer market and it was a new division. I still like Cook but I feel the team needs fresh eyes to give it a spark.
However, as we know from the past, it needs the right pair of eyes.Playing to our strengths is our puzzle. On goals scored we could have Dunkley at centre forward and Moore at centre back.
Come on we have scored 9 times in eleven matches.
I was joking with that donny!
But would a Kipre Dunkley attacking duo be any less effective?
It doesn’t matter who’s up front at the moment when we can’t create many chancesPlaying to our strengths is our puzzle. On goals scored we could have Dunkley at centre forward and Moore at centre back.
Opinion 1.Cook talks about how great and fantastic Wednesday are, its an unforgiving league and “that’s football”
Teams loses confidence while still in the dressing room
We lose 2-0
Option 2. Cook says “their shite these mon, gerrem stuffed and I’ll get the beers in on the way home”
We win 2-0
Simples this management lark!
Nothing fishy about this

I thought we played better tonight than we did against Charlton, creating a few chances from open play.
But Birmingham were one of the worst teams we’ll see all season and so we shouldn’t have blown them away and not been hanging on at the end.
Don’t know if it’s tactics or confidence but there’s talent in that team that just can’t get going
Devante Cole, now there’s an example of can’t hit a bulls arse with a banjo! Where did he lean to finish like that?
Oh yeah, us!
I bet Wilder submits his team on the back of a fag packet, if he does there’s hope for Cookie yet!
Leon Clarke gets game time against Liverpool in the premier league?
WTF!
Should have scored
