When people on the outside see the match stats they will wonder why we struggled
If you were at the match you wouldn’t.
Prior to the 3 changes we didn’t look like scoring.
Two moments of magic won it for us.
A great threaded through ball and a great free kick.
God bless the super subs.
Gomez sprinted off rather quickly at the end though which was a bit strange !! :(
The only thing that is strange is that Jordi didn’t do a lap of the pitch telling everyone to fuck off because, if I was him, that’s what I’d do.
I see the East Stand Creche finally started to sing a song for him today… fickle, know-nowt twats!
Subtle and restrained as ever I see !! :cheer:
And right. As ever ;)
What, the same Coyle that insisted the club paying him £30k a week for three years?
*And you accuse me of talking shit :woohoo:
What’s your point? Who else made the decision to give him a ridiculous contract? You? you seem to know everything else. Or maybe you know someone else who thinks they do and knows your gullible enough to fall for their shit.
The reason he’s not elsewhere right now is because he failed the medicals (another indictment of Coyle’s fitness regime in not helping him recover?)
Amazing how some seem to demonise ex managers.
Ramis was well into a long term recovery programme well before Coyle took over and returned to training at about the predicted time, his next bout of injury woes have happened under ‘Herr Tinkerman’.
Perhaps the rush him back to get him sold policy overseen by Rosler is the real reason for his latest woes and Coyle’s cautious treatment of him was right.
Not sure what your spin is on this but it’s nice to see you back talking the same shit you always used to. What’s Rosler done to upset you?
No problem with Rosler, my problem is with Wiganers who are making him out to be some form of football god, while claiming Coyle was the Devil.
ps
For someone who was inviting everyone to join you for a drink after your ‘ordeal’ you are home early, nobody turn up ?
Before the game, knobhead. I have plans this evening. You weren’t invited anyway.
I’ve sussed out why you don’t like Rosler. Because you know that cleaner at the Echo who probably has a link to the journo at the Mirror who got everything directly from Coyle, you must be really pissed off that that you can’t find out anything useful(less) any more.
Good to have you back – I didn’t like that bus conductor alter-ego you has when we had a cup run going on.
Give the lad a chance……no point just lumping it up to him and he did score with virtually his only clear chance of the game. Too quick to write players off at Wigan, better to look in the centre of the park where Watson and McArthur create nowt!Is 08 your age, year of birth, IQ or number of posts you intend making before buggering off and leaving us in peace? Hopefully, answer D.

Seems like you’ve been doing a bit of driving lately Griff, but bailed out of doing the long haul to Brighton. B)Not long now, I’d like to be beside you when downing your first pint tomorrow. :P
Half one, Brick. You’re more than welcome to join us!
And I will be in a car for the long haul to Brighton for the weekend. Just won’t be the driver :)
No we don’t all wish him well in his new career, that is what this thread is all about.
Which just goes to show you up as the bunch of children that you are, which is what most people’s response to you on this thread is all about.
PS He has not got a new career, he is a football manager exactly the same career as he had at Wigan Athletic. Now if he had joined Everton as their new physio then yes he would have had a new career. :PThe poster clearly meant wish him well in his new career move. But, if that’s the best you can do, then I think it is indeed time to close down this thread and move on.
…and yet its ok for you to pick posters up on spelling mistakes?
I think griffy wiffy has got upset that some people don’t like bobbsy wobbsy and bobbsy wobbsy plugged griffy wiffy’s booksy wooksy.
FFS man just accept the fact that some people think Martinez pished on our club. I know its proving hard for you to grasp, but me and many others will not change our minds just cos you say we should.PS Where is mystic meg these days, is he still waiting for that lad from Brentford to join us, or did he get him mixed up with the lad from Leicester who signed for us today. B)
And you expect to be taken seriously with a post like that?
No further questions.
not expecting anyone inbound but expecting another mcarthy situation last min exit by someone
our sugar daddy has shut shop
and who can blame him he spent a bit on shyte latley using clubs funds from sale of previous players
and anyway who wants to join a club with lack of ambition and happy to stay midtable in
championship
we have enough quality to do that this season
may need a smaller stadium though longer we lack ambition more folk will walk away :PI love the bones of you Bicky, but you’re boring the shit out of me now with this relentless anti-Whelan drivel.
Ramis is a decent defender but I wouldn’t use the word ‘Classy’ ! Maldini would warrant the word ‘Classy’ being attached to him but not Ramis ! Just sayin !Agreed, it’s all relative. Ramis is nowhere near the level of a Maldini but is probably streets ahead of the likes of Caldwell and that lad Rogne – is he still here, btw?
I used ‘classy’ more to describe his style of play, rather than his quality. I rate Barnett as a centre-back but I’d describe him more as agricultural than classy.
You can be too analytical has anyone ever told you that ?It’s a case of having to be sometimes, when you’re trying to find a new topic every week.
Oh and just for the record I have never cast any aspersions with regards to your book writing skills but you are a bald twat !:)
Not sure that first bit is 100% correct, but I’ll take the last bit on both chins.
All down to advertising revenue Tez. TV companies couldn’t give a toss who won the cup last year – they are only interested in how many people will watch their next production. Every one of those ties above has more lure to the armchair fan than “bottom of the premier league at home to mid-table championship side”.As you say though – there’s always the quarters, and I think all the games are televised from that point on!
Yay, a sensible post, for once. It had to happen, one day

sad to see the back of him , prolific player, 17 games
…..Thank God, not one of RMs better buys … only ever turned up against Wet Spam
surely you are joking Ramis oozes class.
See, this is part of my stance on opinions on this message board. First off, everyone is entitled to have one, that is a given.
Now, in my opinion, C3P0 here usually talks a lot of sense. Therefore, when he says he doesn’t rate Ramis, I might raise my eyebrows a little (becasue I am with you, I think the lad is a classy defender) but I wouldn’t launch into him just because we disagree.
Others, however, talk so much shite on such a regular basis that they practically ask to be launched into. They shouldn’t be allowed a keyboard, let alone an opinion.
Runcorn, I get it sorted for you.
Edinburgh, the offer is there, if you don’t take it, don’t whinge.
Thanks for the offer, but the point I was making wasn’t for me personally, but for the general masses that I speak to at games regularly who feel the same way.
Jesus, who do you think you are, Billy Graham?
If you’re as miserable and whiny in real life as you are on here, I’d think you could probably count on one of Abu Hamza’s hands the number of people who’d be keen to talk to you about anything.
Typical “want sommert for nowt and will moan like Billy-o until somebody hands it to m eon aplate” Wiganer.
And ref your earlier appology (sic) – well, there really is no need, I couldn’t give a flyer what you think or say.
