There was a guy near me at Swansea who was shouting at Martinez to change things and get Sammon on, only problem in this idea was we had already made three subs.

But then again Roberto did say on MOTD2 last night that he was thinking of sneaking some subs on at Man City without taking anyone off :-)

As someone who was born in Wimbledon but moved to Wigan when three months old I support both teams. Was at the City of Manchester Stadium today and will be at The Brittania tomorrow.

Lets hope I have not used up all my luck today.

Well done to the real dons (A victory for proper football fans)

I am so glad to hear this guy is ok, it happened about three/four rows behind me. When I turned around he was just slumped in his seats with his eyes glazed over. Everyone around us thought he had died but a massive well done to the two guys that picked him up and carried him into the concourse.

I found it hard to celebrate our win last night as it was playing on my mind.

Am I right to think (or has time clouded my memory again) that McGibbon was the last person to score a league goal on Springfield Park?

Are you sure? I thought it was the Town End

Will have to dig out the DVD and watch the season highlights again.

Plenty of Goals, Fights and Celebrations :D

Hopefully his attempt to throw his shirt into the crowd after the game will knock some pounds off his transfer fee, a pathetic attempt. :D

Re Spanish Birds, My parents live in Spain and the local girls are generally OK until they reach 30. At this point their arse explodes and they go down hill quickly :o

I think Di Santo and McManaman should of been brought on for Watson and Boselli late on – but that’s just me :P

I dont think you can bring on a player who is not even on the bench

The scouser when I have ever listened has always been Sir Neill Rimmer, so i presume thats who you mean.

I think the lad at Bury was emigrating to Australia and was his last game, probably about six foot tall now and hard as nails.

I remember Derek Stillie running onto the pitch at Wycombe and kicking a ball straight into the stomach of a steward stood next to the goal.

I was at that game and it was the 1992/93 season, for some reason it was a friday night game. Next day I went watching Everton V Forest with a fellow Latics fan and we were both still fuming.

I enjoyed telling the plastic football fans at work that this kind of thing happens in the real world of football

I hope Kevin Langley’s lad makes it into the first team so we can shout things like “Bloody rubbish Langley” or “Get Langley off” again.

Wonder if he does that pass to the corner when there isn’t anyone there like his owd mon :)

Apart from Carroll is there any other player we have signed but unable to play in the first team till the season after?

Alex, Did you select the Dunfirmline side the other week when they selected a suspended player on the bench and then got chucked out of the cup when they brought him on?

But then it got changed to having a replay instead :)
