You lot are so critical. He can be a good keeper. Only played a few games and obviously WANTS to do a job for us at least, more than you can say for some of the players we have here! He wants to play for us and could do well after adapting to the prem.
Just hope the Idiots that like to boo like little kids don’t get on his back if he comes back to the club and gets a game… Would be childish and would NOT help him improve.
Then again us latics fans have to moan at something or have at least one scapegoat. (Some fans, not all)

I’d consider Baines better going forward, but defensively, Figueroa has the edge.It depends how you look at it.
It doesn’t depend how you look at it…Figueroa is nothing special..Half decent ball in the box but AWFUL at defending…Baines was decent enough all round.
Who-ever said Heskey was our best striker in the prem was wrong IMO… Roberts maybe.
We have NOT improved on Camara with Rodallega..Rodders is not so good..Needs time up front but is not as quick or good with the ball as Camara was.
Player we miss the most has to be Palacious.

I do hope you are joking! I get done for reporting people when they abuse the swear filter, then get my posts deleted when I ACTUALy didn’t say anything wrong, and see no reason why it should or even could, be deleted…Please tell me what the report was for (don’t care who sent it in)..And also tell me why it actually got deleted after the report as there was not one thing wrong with it.

Why we’re keeping past it players that bring nothing to the club are beyond me. We need to clear out the cra.p and bring in some fresh new players.

I believe you are being negative for the sake of being negative.
Ellington was one of my favourite latics players..He had everything..Could have made it big had he not made the bad decision (In hindsight) of joining WBA.Still renting your place out? May have to take you up on the offer before I move away :)

Why don’t you two get on facebook and stop boring the fo ok out of this thread and others TAExcuse me but until that last post all of my posts were related to what others were conversing about!
Is that trying to stop people standing up during games when people get a possible scoring opportunity etc. If so just sit in the West Stand (Which I did every season until the last 2) .. It’s just something that happens through excitement! Much better atmosphere in places like East stand (Inc ES2) where people actually get a bit of emotion for a game!
