I used to work there James… and you cannot guarentee to stop the charges and interest. And your company still tell the customers that you can. Which is a lie lol…. You also take customers card details, and when they ring in within the 7day cooling off period to cancel there plan. You ignore the call and still take the money! From the plan point of view it is quite good. Gets the creditors off there backs etc an IVA is emmense for some people! Also your right BOB he doesnt go down king st… Hes not seen the place sinse before christmas because of his ‘maude’! :oops: [/quote]
There is no ‘7 day cooling off period’ .. Some of them pay on the day.. if they don’t they can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before the plan. I tell them whatever they want to hear but I do not lie :) .. I am the best! Plus we are the most established and well know DM company Zoggy and also we are that good that the UK insolvency helpline has asked us to take their calls ;) .. King ST sat Zog yes?!
