Lets hope that if we do stay up ALL the darkside fans on here hold their hand up and say a big
Well done Bobby!!
Not only have you kept us up, you’ve done it playing a complete new style of football that has taken the players a while to get used to.
You’ve done it despite this being the hardest fought EPL since its conception.
You’ve done it despite having more than an unfair share of poor reffing decisions all season.
You’ve done it despite having your best player affected by transfer contraversy at a key time.
You’ve done it despite having key players injured, suspended and out on international duty, more than any other Wigan Athletic side have ever had to deal with.
You’ve done it despite your record signing striker not adapting to the rigours of the EPL and then having to ship him out on loan to get his confidence back. We understand that it was a gamble, he looked brilliant playing in south america and it was a gamble that unfortunately didn’t work out for you.
You’ve done it despite some of our so called fans knifing you in the back before October and even childishly taking “Martinez Out” banners to games and booing before 10 mins is on the clock.
Yes, well done Bobby, well done mate!!

What a journey!Apparently whispering Ted Lowe and “Our Enry” Cooper were stood outside the Pearly Gates this morning waiting to be summoned.
Suddenly St Peter shouted to um. “You think you two have come up here for peace and tranquillity, you’ll never guess who you’ve Bin Laden with?” :scared-shocked: :scared-eek:From Matlock to ManU

What a journey!It does. Sunshine.
Yet there are dozens & dozens of threads on such a teeny weeny minority sport. All started by people :liar: who then go on to claim they dont give a toss.
Talk about obsessed.

What a journey!…as opposed to a gruelling Easter match against a side with 1 draw and 8 defeats in their last 9 games, no home victory since New Year’s Day, no fit strikers on the field for the last half an hour.Remind me what the score was again….
Why have you got alzheimers er sumut?
Maybe Sunderland had gone on a bad run, but the team they put out still cost about 5 times more than ours. In fact one player of theirs cost more than the entire squads of Wigan Worriors, Saints un wild kittens put together. Does that put the two sports we follow into perspective eh sunshine?

What a journey! After watching the Stoke match tonight, I can’t see Wolves getting another point. They looked like a team already resigned to relegation no matter how positive the Irish- Yorkshire man may have come across on his SSN interview today.
On another note, the little shyte Hunt should have got a straight red for a blatent kick out at Robert Huth. :xFrom Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Erm yes, that’s right. Because it wasn’t Martinez that signed Moses, was it?Bobby signed him in Jan 2010 from Palace me thinks.

What a journey! That has got to be the most pointless and patronising post of all time.
This is a Latics feking supporters message board FFS!!
If anyone posts that they WANT us to go down the moderators should ban them for life. :naughty:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Decisions based on what he sees on a daily basis not what they do on the pitch?Never in the history of football have points been awarded for training tricks.
What they do on the pitch is the only thing that matters and call me old fashioned but coming on turning a game deserves pitch time rather than looking good on the training pitch!
Yeah all right, but still a fans view.

What a journey!Probably been our best player in the last 4-5 games IMHO. :o :scared-eek: ;)

What a journey!Yes.
…and that’s the reason you will find that Charlie starts most games on the right. He is most dangerous cutting in on his left peg than running wide ending up on his right peg, only to fluff a cross.
Moses can take defenders on the outside, but at the moment needs to learn when to take people on and when to give and go. The boy has a bright future, but just like young Macca has done, needs to develop his game in order to become a first team regular.
Awaits LMB to respond with “he’s a championship player at best and martinez’s worst signing” :teasing-blah:
