We still used to get laughed at for having crap support even then. I must admit though i do miss the springy park days, but also enjoy days like last season beating Liverpool, Chelsea n co, i guess you just cant have it all? I think the biggest problem with going back down now would be it just wouldnt be the same crack in a ground of our size.

Think he will play when fully fit, big Steve going either right back or in front of back 4 instead of Thomas.

Going on train pal.I Played against him several times when we were kids and he was playing for Garswood United, remember one game we were winning 2 nil at HT, he moved into midfield from centre back and they won 3 2 won it more or less on his own. He wernt a bad un!
i would be very surprised if they bring half of that, it says on their web page its pay on turnstile.
Completly agree with you Horc, some good players he just will not play any different way. We must be the only team in the country that will not cross a free kick or corner in to the opposing teams area it has always got to go backwards. Martinez has to go if he wont change his style of play.
If we play 2 holding midfielders does that not leave only 4 offensive players not 5? One of our biggest faults is that we dont look like scoring when were on top, this is because we dont get enough players up to support our lone centre forward.
