This Peruvian team of course.
Apparently they couldn’t understand why there were loads of requests for replica shirts from England.

And how can we forget that Young Boys Bern played at the Wankdorf Stadium.
Mumbai cricket ground is the Wankhede Stadium…usually gets a few chuckles from the commentators.

As I feared, the win at Derby is looking like a fluke, another false dawn amidst many dark nights.
Derby win gave Rosler time (just). 1 point out of 6 again teams below us isn’t good enough.
If it’s 1 point from 9 by this time on Friday Whelan must act, end of.
How about playing this line up at home…
Carson
Tav Ramis Barnett Fig
Calum Forshaw Kvist MClean
Fortune Waghorn2 wingers. 2 holding midfield, Forshaw to push forward when appropriate. Waghorn fluid, could be 442 or 4411.
We have lots of attacking options but we seem scared of expressing ourselves on the pitch. Not surprising when the players have no idea whether they will be playing next game.
We can still take this division by the scruff of the neck. We have the players. Do we have the manager to try it?
That line up could be worth a try.
Impossible line up Tuesday, Barnett is suspended for one game. I also cannot believe you would leave Espinoza out after the two games he has just played. That would be typical Rosler and most of us have agreed we don’t like all these changes.
Brighton on Tuesday is a very different story ;)
Some of the players are interchangeable (don’t tell Herr Swappy ;) ) but I would build around the 2 Mcs on the wings and Fortune up front.
That’s the framework to build around.
We’ve gone nearly 5 hours without a goal at home in open play FFS until Roger stepped up.
Brentford fans criticised Rosler for being too negative. It’s not hard to see why.
The programme on Saturday had a review of 2009-10 season when we beat Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal at home. That didn’t happen by playing negatively.

Still only a point though…but it was a heck of a lot more entertaining than Millwall and Brentford games.
Finally scored a goal in open play at home…first for 287 minutes
I had a bet on with a mate that Mclean wouldn’t start; he didn’t believe me that Herr Swappenchange wouldn’t start him!!
Fortune’s best game in a while. Will he get a run in the side though? Don’t hold your breath…Delort to start at Brighton no doubt.
In summary, better performance, but we need wins and fast.
I would have said either James Perch or Connor Sammon…
But they’re both freshwater.
David Seaman?
Ok I’ll keep trawling
Edit…don’t mention the rugby on here…but what about David Topless
That does bring back many happy memories of the seaside
Think I’m busy that day :-?
It’s usually a 12.15 KO isn’t it?
Just time to get there if you hitch a lift on DW’s helicopter :woohoo:
Problem is he scored twice so this with mon in charge he will rest him for six months. The bench on Saturday is the best James Mc can hope for.
If I were a betting man, I would have a pound or so on Hugo to score on Saturday
Its about time the players showed they cared3 crucial games against 3 teams below us coming up.
Today was a fine win, no doubt about that. However one win doesn’t cast aside all the recent problems. We need to kick on from here and win at least 2 of these next 3 to really start moving up the table and prove today was not a flash in the pan.
Fulham are running nicely into form so next Saturday will be a very good indicator of where we really are. The players will hopefully take confidence from today, whether they will be playing next week or not :cheer:
GOD willing he will stay injury free and come back to us on loan.
I liked RT. Ok he wasn’t Prem class in open play but his free kicks and corners were a real threat.
Could do with him now :cheer:
Little doubt he killed her intentionally; the prosecution couldn’t prove it.
The sentence is lenient, but her family were happily taking money from Pistorious after the killing.
Working in transport myself, I agree with your sentiments. My cousin’s husband avoided a prison sentence by the skin of his teeth after a collision in his HGV because he “opted” to plead guilty to death by careless driving. He was told he would get 5 years if found guilty of death by dangerous driving.
Stinks doesn’t it?
What’s to worry about? Two clean sheets, Delorts the new Andy Liddell, Forshaws ‘got it’, Rogers back involved and we have one of the best squads in the league apparently. Am sure in your heart of hearts none of you really expect Dave to sack Uwe. He will give him to the new year at least. If you’d seen the look on DW’s face at the end I wouldn’t be so sure.
