Swansea last week was only the 2nd time I’ve been severely delayed in traffic going to ground…1st was Wolves 2009 (Bobbys 1st home game).

Said it before but I didn’t sleep all night after we drew Millwall…I knew then it was on and remembered Wimbledon. I was 100% sure we would lift the cup. I told you so over and over that we would win…the footy gods had made it so…25 yrs, other sports in town, Bobby managing both…It was too scary a coincidence for it not to happen
I posted David V Goliath on Friday…
Sat morning the wife and I walked into Covent Garden…there it was David V Goliath on the wall…
Got off T’Underground at Wembley Park about 2.30 it was P**ing down. Said to wife that’s an omen…our semi it poured down, City v Chelski was a lovely day.
When the teams went up on the screen, we realised the scale of the task. Especially the bench…their’s was awesome; ours was last man standing.
No footballing logic seeing those names could see us winning. We didn’t have a cat in hells chance on paper….
But football is played on grass ;)
So much to look forward too next season (even if the end comes tomorrow..)

3 away trips to Euro destinations
3 home games against the above
100% commitment from me to go to Wembley in August, all 3 Euro home games and (at least) 1 Euro away game.
We really do need to look into chartering a plane. We said it a bit tongue in cheek a few weeks ago but now it’s for real :lol:

All the names were round the stadium for the semis which was great to see. I thought then, just need to budge Wimbledon along a bit :lol:

We had a friend from Scotland with us who has Wigan has his second team after Kilmarnock
He had a fiver on Wigan 1-0 at 22 to 1 – paid for his whole day
He saw Kilmarnock beat Celtic last year 1-0 with a goal in last 5 minutes
Lucky mascot ?22/1…I got robbed :ohmy:
Suggest he goes to the Emirates ;)
