Why strange? Powell was injured and Grigg was fading in the game, thought the match was turning at that point. Did think we scored when we were having our worst period though. Played great first half and then panicked for last twenty.
Can understand why folk are blaming Walton for first goal but unsure as to how he can be blamed for second and third when you watch them back.
absolutely spot on ther fella.
Second was a corner which I thought he should be catching as was in the 6 yd box, did say may be harsh to blame him for the third but there were a few ither crosses which he should be taking in the 6 yd box.
The way we are looking to play we could see plenty of scores like this. Cookie himself has said we know that this style will lead to us being punished at the other end.A set peice and a corner have nothing to do with how we play just poor keeping
Nothing to do with the defenders but poor goalkeeping. Was great last year but all three goals he could have done better for me. 1st flapped behind the scorer. 2nd corner was catchable height in the six yard box and 3rd which i may be being harsh but ball crossed along 6yd box which he could have cut out.
Morsey Gibson McDonald Connolly Lopez then Power for two places.
Oh, and the Blackburn players where out in Manchester last night. Not that it’ll have any great effect on their next fixture.
Sure some will claim it did if they don’t beat a play off chasing team on their own patch.
More interesting though is Blackburn chose to go to Manchester rather than celebrate with their own fans in their own town. Says it all really.
I knew someone would blame the night out if we didn’t win. Amazing never saw one comment about it before the game. Personally think its great for team spirit. If they were all hungover we’d have got hammered and certainly wouldn’t have come back. More to do with the weather and Bristol being half decent team. You don’t win every game. Don’t forget Rovers only drew here too.
Deffo rather be playing Wimbledon at home than Charlton away although both teams still need something for different reasons
I think Mowbray is a sad and bitter loser with very little intellect !
Not to mention the ugly bastards face is ‘inside out’
Haha made me laugh that. Best thing I’ve read on here….I’m Easily amused
God that was stressful. Looked miles offside but great composure by Cole to square it for Grigg.
The changes disrupted us but we got through it. Well done lads.
Not sure I agree with you about resting Burn thought him and Dunks were excellent again.
Do agree about Coco could not believe he took him off especially as Fulton was awful. Max did more in the last 10 when back in midfield. Never a right back.
Nearly there!
Powell wasn’t fully fit and shouldn’t have played on Saturday so he will miss out. As for the rest Cookie knows whose goosed rather than us but I guess there will be starts for Colclough, Walker, Roberts and Vaughn. Possibly Reece James if he’s alive? Cole may even make the bench. Bit risky to make too many changes, never works!
No room for off games next season. There will be plenty off games next season I guarantee you that. Not sure we had an off day as people put it roughly translated as we don’t win.
Thought Rotherham played really well with pace and aggression helped by the ref failing to know which way a foul was.
However give us credit we stuck at it and came away with a hard earned point. Dunks mom for me.
Could have still won it good chances for Grigg Jacobs and Vaughn which go in on another day.
