He had a point though, it should have been a penalty.No he doesn’t have a point. A penalty claim it may have been, it happens in every game, but that doesn’t excuse that fact that he spat on another player. Dirty, unnecessary, and unacceptable! Period.
There comes a point in the proceedings when something has to change. The clock is most definitely ticking now for Martinez and if it’s not already ticked its last tock it certainly will have should the Blackburn game be lost.
Ah, but Phil, this is where you and all the other “can’t think anything but black or white” brigade fall down. You see, I do ecognise that we aren’t playing as well as we can at the moment – very poorly, in fact, in the Bolton game – and realise there is a better than even chance we may go down. Interesting that this sneering, sarcastic label of “Chosen Few” was created by the terminally negative and is levelled at the generally positive ones. A clear sign of an inferiority complex if I ever I saw one, which probably also explains why you are all so negative and miserable all the time ;)

I’m just a tad disappointed my willy isn’t the biggest to wave. :blush:It doesn’t even shorten it; it’s just plainly uneducated.Yes it is but I see it being used more and more frequently, maybe not as text-speak but certainly facebook-speak, between kids of a certain age and, dare I say, IQ level.

A lot of this is a result of text and facebook speak. For example using “ov” instead of “have” and “are” instead of “our”.
On the subject of the things people say wrong (or should that be wrongly) the best and most funny was Jade Goody complaining that she was an escape goat!
