Yes to all of that.
The supporters club has every game played at Springfield Park on VHS…“Every” game, surely not…..!
How tall was that interviewer?I think Roberto was still on his knees after thanking whoever it was he needed to thank.
I prefer the following article.
Doubley daft since he is (was) reputed to be on £40k per week.
… for letting Fregussen off.
Has Mr Whelan been giving Bobby lessons and will the MUFC Chief be a bit disgruntled.
Martinez has said he thinks that Sir Alex hold too much power in English football.
I think Mr Whelan might be having word with Martinez about that.
Aye and playing Scott Sinclair (out wide obv) would be even better imoSo, out of the team which started against Man City who would you drop to accommodate Sinclair?
Scharner was subbed because he was injured.
Yes, me too.
I only discovered it the other day but it’s very amusing.
What do those people do for a living?Pat Gavin…………..must lead the line,
Jeff Wright,
Dave Mcmullen
Nigel Hart
Billy Urquhart
Jeff Powell..(was it Jeff?)
All Kenny Swain signings………….Quite frankly the team under Swain was Latics worst team in history!
Kenyon was a gobshite,
and as for Stephen Gage, wtf did he ever get involved in football?
Jeff Wright? Really?
Did you ever see him play?
Yes
and
Yes.
I don’t really know on what you are basing your opinion. Jeff Wright was a very good footballer, probably one of the best passers, of his time, ever to play for Wigan Athletic. The fact that he wasn’t considered aggressive enough and didn’t get “stuck in” clouded many people’s judgement of him. I think if he was playing in today’s game with its less physical demands people would view him differently.

Did you ever see him play?We have some young kids who could get a run and would be ahead of Marlon in the pecking order.
Clearly not, or they would be on the bench ahead of him, wouldn’t they?
But I suppose it has to be seen to be justified considering he’s on £38k per week. (head shaking uncontrollably as I type….!)Pollitt …last night…shocking. Kirky all is forgiven.Kirkland is most certainly the best keeper at the club, but whether he is Premiership class is another matter. He looks and plays like he has a brush steel up his back; a back so fragile he cannot train properly. I just don’t see how a goalkeeper can possibly compete at this level with such an injury. A pity because he had the potential to be up there with the best.
Nice to see Maurice back in the directors box to witness our record Premiership defeat!
