I can’t seem to find the poll
Only 6 articles, and none for voting??
Is this something to do with the white wine (Tesco’s best cheapo that’s not actually British) and Southern Comfort just consumed??
lose 2morrow clown out banners ive got a gut feeling hope im wrong. :violin: :violin:
It may be late in the day but we have a new entrant for most idiotic post of the season. :confusion-seeingstars:
Somehow I have a feeling there will be more candidates to appear in the next fortnight :?
:? I am (in general)
And having lost today may mean they now just want the season to end.
Worst result for us would have been them winning the Cup, parading it at home and the crowd being “up for it” next week.
For them the Lord Mayor’s Parade has just finished.
I am usually quite easy going but that post really p***es me off.
For a post mortem you need a body. When/if we’re relegated then have a pop. Then criticise. Then moan and groan and complain and whatever else floats your boat.
But right now we need two wins, and we need every one of us – darkside, lightside, rare or underdone – behind the team, and not bickering among ourselves about what “should have”.
No wonder the Press, the rugby fans, other “big team” fans etc etc laugh at us.
Get behind the team for the next 8 days. Give it a try. You might even enjoy it.
The orchestra haven’t arrived yet though, and who knows, she may get a sore throat.
Win both games and we are guaranteed to stay up pretty much. Get behind the lads instead of making up songs like a big girls blouse!:text-goodpost: :text-goodpost: :text-goodpost:
Latics win two games on the bounce??I hope so…Would be a good time to do it :D
What doom and gloom
At the beginning of today we thought we needed two wins.
At the end of today we know we need two wins.
That’ll give us 42 points. I can’t see us being relegated with 42.
We just have to win the two games.
That’s all…… :?
If we sold out every away game this season or even took 1400 to every away game, then i think you could argue but we didnt, Lets face it its only like the big clubs going to cup finals eg cant see every season ticket holder getting a champions league final ticket at man uAll Stoke ST holders have a ticket for today.
With a user name like that shouldn’t he have said “mierda”?
[This post would go completely over his head of course] :confusion-helpsos:
Yes

only two games left and people from wigan have woke up, shame its taken so long
Those who got Stoke tickets are season ticket holders so are already ‘awake’.
I had no chance of being anywhere near the ticket office/phone/PC today so feel very short changed at the lack of vision/foresight displayed by the club in what could be the biggest game since Sheff Utd.
You must be the only person in the world over the age of 6 and under the age of 75, without a mobile phone.
Not able to use it at work today.
Wouldn’t mind if we’d took em all and sold out – that would just be my bad luck, but to short change us at the risk of losing a few thousand pounds if they are unsold really is a very poor decision.
My situation too. In work, unable to use mobile. Not got tickets.
Not happy.
might also be a safety issue
1400 essier to control after game than 4000That’s a decision that will have been made by Latics then.
Stoke are obliged, if Latics ask for them, to provide up to 2,800 – but only the first 1,400 are on a sale-or-return basis. If Latics ask for the latter 1,400 then they have to pay for them whether they are sold or not.
The rules relating to allocation of tickets is in the Premier League rules:
7. Unless otherwise agreed by the Board or between the Clubs, each Home Club shall make
available to its Visiting Club:
7.1 3,000 tickets or, if the capacity of the Home Club’s ground is less than 30,000, such
number of tickets as is equal to 10 per cent. of its ground capacity; and, whether or not
that allocation is taken up,
7.2 tickets for a minimum of 10 per cent. of the Home Club’s disabled spectator
accommodation.
8. At least half of the tickets referred to in Rule J.7 above must be made available on a sale or
return basis and the balance must be ordered by the Visiting Club (subject to the conditions
set out in Rule C.78) at least 4 weeks before the League Match to which they relate. The Britannia has a capacity of just over 28,000.
As you will see half have to be offered on a sale-or-return basis (ie 1400) but the other half are not returnable – ie Wigan had to be sure they would sell them not be out of pocket. Guess what they chose?
