I’m not sure his team selection had too much to do with it today. Their number 4 ran things in the first half and they murdered us with 5 at the back let alone 4.
First half we were awful and couldn’t string two passes together. Naismith started playing at CB like we all thought he would have done.
Second half we were much better but only after going 2 down. Joffy did more in his time on the field than Lowe did in 90 minutes. Waste of a shirt that lad.
Whislt the referee isn’t the reason we lost (although his lack of whistle blowing in key positions didn’t help) you can’t honestly think he had a good game? Cook wears his heart on his sleeve and will always argue some of those decisions. The one to penalise Jacobs when their defender fell over was baffling.

I remember him being substituted earlier this season. Garner went to do the hand slap thing with him and Windass ignored. Garner gave him a right mouthful. He does come across as a bad apple, to be polite.Was that not last season? Sure I was sat in the West Stand for it and I haven’t been in this season, but it did happen yes.

Worrying that 2 players who were regularly getting game time (Windass and Mulgrew) are desperate to leave.!!. Particularly Mulgrew……. goes back with virtually no chance of playing unless a serious injury crisis,rather thatplay here.!If they didn’t want to be here then let them go. We need everyone to be together to get out of this and the last two games have certainly shown that to be the case.
Brought in cover at CB, CF and hopefully to provide the final ball.
