Obviously if your income is down 34% in income cost’s must be cut hence the fire sale comments being banded about on twitter and various tic’s sites and DW stated “”A substantial reduction in salaries achieved by contractual reductions and player trading achieved a 31 per cent decrease in salaries and a profit on player sales of £13.4m meant that we were able to post a net profit for the third consecutive year.”
A question needs answering though as DW stated the players wages were reduced for the first season in the Championship could they have been reduced further for our second season in the championship which could explain some players not performing up to the standards that we are used to and evidently couldn’t wait to get the phook out of the place and also the new wage structure would it seem prevent us from getting the same standard of player in ?
Just seen him ont box. How shite is he? Utter drivel.I thought this would have been an thread about MAF looking like Kanye West I can see the similarities :silly:
Still according to the official site over 2000 die hards making the trip though which aint bad considering
Its a 40 mile trip to Blackpool FFS.
You make it sound like a pilgrimage to Mecca.
Facts are that a lot of the crowd are showing up for the tripe on offer because they bought their ST on the back of a relatively successful campaign last season. Now, if you could take off your Arsene-Wenger Rose-Tinted specs for a moment and consider the following:
Even if you stay up, what is there to persuade people to shell out for a ST next season?
(GL – As an HR Bod, think “Employee Engagement”, and exactly how long a company can rely on blind loyalty from its workforce whilst shafting them with T&C)
40 mile trip or not an good turn out better than the chubbies took widnes tother week and that was an massive 20 miles eh Mutts keep on chomping :silly: :silly:

I don’t understand why so many people are saying that Everton are going to win the Europa League? There are some pretty decent sides left in and I can think of 6 off the top of my head who would more than likely do Everton should they meet! Can’t be arsed typing them but Zenit are the side I fancy to win it!
Translated means that If Everton win the Europa league I will have to eat humble pie because that would mean Champs league football :silly: :silly:
Fuck off dick wad! Now go and translate that !
A lot of people renewed their ST for this season on the back of a narrow play-off exit and an FA Cup semi-final defeat after a magnificent defence of the trophy. Even so, average crowds this season have slipped almost 20% to 12410 from last seasons’ 15176.
The mon who doesn’t care about attendances has been doing a bit of research on the subject
You know what I find depressing about our curent predicament? Watching Match Of The Day and seeing the likes of Victor Moses, Antonio Valencia. Lee Cattermole, Leighton Baines, Jordi Gomez, Figoera , Diame, McArthy and McArthur every week. I don’t begrudge the players wanting to play at the highest level; I just can’t help wondering what happened to the £100million-plus received in transfer money for them. That’s on top of eight years’ worth of Sky TV money. The board has gone from spending £10million in the summer to preparing for League 1, paying League 1 transfer fees and League 1 wages. It’s almost like Whelan has seen that Ray Winstone ad on the telly and decided that at half-time in the season, it was time to cash out. He can take plenty of credit for our rise but now must accept responsibility for our fall. Not only has he made a string of bad appointments, he’s presided over the squandering of hundreds of millions in cash that could have kept the club sustainable for years to come.A big chunk in wages out of that lot Martin the wage bill was I think 90% of income over the Prem years I even recall one season we had income of £52 million and still made a loss on that season
Rabbitohs what an quaint name demolishing Englands best 38 beht 76 -24 aggregate over three games
Please yourself la, you were the one posting cuttings of Fergie. Backfired.
Trolling bell end? I think I may of won any argument I was having. Are you a moderator on here as well?
While I’m at it I find it strange that mods allow abusive threads directed at one person to stand. The fact any of you talk about me, support me or need to rethink a strategy suggests you need to get a life. It’s a fckin message board, where people share opinions.
How Cockney Latic has changed over the years is beyond belief, a bit liked our football team. Some new lows reached.
If I’m honest I’m bored of you all now, you’ve been good sport, some major chomps taken and I don’t think anyone can say I’ve been wrong on anything I’ve been serious about.
You have a very high opinion of yourself don’t you Dave and a way of going about things that tends to aggravate people rather than stimulate constructive response.
Goodbye, if it really is goodbye. Somehow I think your ego won’t allow it.
