I live on a busy road in one of Wigans `posher areas`(not braggin like)
Anyroad,last year between 21 Dec and 8 Jan the road was sheet ice.I read in t`Observer and t`Reporter that my road had been gritted on the 21st,23rd,28th,30th,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th….I emailed t`council and called them lying b@st@rds,as the road hadnt been gritted at all between these dates.They didnt reply!…………I love `new Labour`!!
If someone had told me in 70s just after watching us get beat 4-0 at Frickley Athletic……………..

I bought 5 tickets for last years christmas party,which was cancelled due to snow and ice,

People who pay to go in pubs (ala King St),are puddled in my book.
If they stayed away for a couple of weeks the robbin get pubs would soon drop all entrance charges and would be practically beggin punters to `come in` with all sorts of special offers!
