Will only comment on stuff like that after Tomorrow, I think everyone knows my views on certain things but i cant concentrate on anything other than a result.
That’s what the paper quoted yesterday, I would presume it would be nearer 5m if we stay up and around 3m if we go down. Big question is, How much is Charles going for. If he turns in a performance like last week his value could have gained an extra 5m in just two games.

haha no. I am just about recovering from yesterday, the beer is just about wearing off. I was there yesterday in es2 singing my arse off with the rest. Ended up in standish at the black bull where i will probably be on sunday. Think she lasted about 5 mins after that then pi$$ed off

Love them or loathe them i don’t think you can see past Oasis for the last 20 years never mind 10. They all try hard in the indie type music but no one has come close. Arctic Monkeys made a little impression but no-one talks them up after the first album, same can be said of Kasabian. The only band who has made a constant gain is The Kings Of Leon and they are yankee doodles

If you are thinking of joining a gym simply just to lose weight i wouldn’t. The only way of losing the pounds is aerobic exercise, i.e jogging/running, Lifting weights will build muscle but unless you lose the layer of fat covering them you will never see it. Just go for a jog a few days a week down the canal, round a field e.t.c. Jog around for a bit until your body can physically go no further so you know what kind of condition you are in for a starting point then and add a little bit more distance every time until you are doing at least 20 mins a session. Save your money on the gym’s just do the basics first.
All very admirable Yosser but have you tried jogging round Hindley without getting mugged or abused by some Herbert? i intend to do Cardio work only but want to do it somewhere nice and safe and where I can chill out later in the sauna gawping at some bints cleavage![/quote]
