I live on my sense of humour, Problem is im opinionated about football and am very easy to get a bite from.
Petty and ridiculous, Not entertaining you tonight, Have you tried alcohol, sex or socializing yet. You should try one of them, Make you feel better and give you less reason for you to feel the need to try and prove that you are intellectually better than everyone else.
I hope i run into you one day, Would be funny (that isn’t a threat or an offer btw) Im sure you are clever enough to work that out.
Everyone getting over zealous and the season starts here bollox and all the rest of the cobblers we have heard for 2 seasons. Wigan Athletic are the best in the business at taking their eyes off the ball. Look at the league table FACT, Unlike Mr. Whelan i know that we are bottom because we are crap not unlucky.
Fair enough if you want to endorse negativity Yosser, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but did you really have to slap that awful smiley on aswell??
Never mind the fact that it really wasn’t that good a post…It is not an opinion nob nose it is fact. 1 out of 10 for your attention seeking post. Nobody latched onto it and backed you, unlucky.
You could have used a better phrase than “take their eyes off the ball” Swindon, we are the best in the business at doing it usually at the worst possible moment. Dont see us getting anything out of the Spuds game with their attacking options tho i hope im wrong.agreed :text-goodpost:

It is really hard to predict, You don’t know who will get the next bad run or the next good run, You also can’t put latics to beat Chelsea or other freak results e.t.c which a few teams will inevitably get.
17. Blackburn 39
……………………………
18. Fulham 38
19. West Brom 37
20. Wigan 37Billy Sharp for Rodallega,Aye OK.
Why not, Sharp is probably better, Rodders is gash and couldnt score in a brothel. Sharp is a proven scorer, especially at championship level, Personally i would happily trade, Rodders, Di Santo and Boselli, They would fetch maybe close to 20m. In fact
Stam, Figeuroa, Alcaraz, N’Zogbia, Moses(maybe), Diame, Thomas, Rodallega, Di Santo and Boselli are probably guaranteed to go. Maybe bringing in around 30-40m, I would swap the lot for committed English players, I would do it now never mind next season. There are a lot of good players who could do a better job than ours, players like, Sharp, Maynard, Crofts, Shorey, Fox, Westwood e.t.c. And Whelan would still probably make 30m. Everyone is happy.
Have you got enough KY Jelly for Griff and Standish’s responses tomorrow, That is what you are dying for isn’t it
Im not so sure, Ive seen enough of Rodders to know that he is not a premiership striker, The competition these days at clubs is great, But at latics it is easy, Rodders or Di Santo, i mean come on, records speak for themselves, They are not up to the job, balls to formations, if you can not score more than 2 goals a season as lead striker then something is dreadfully going wrong, think about it, you can bag a jammy one and a tap in at least a season, So why cant a wigan player score a goal. The Barcelona formation just does not work with inept, bog standard players. Diame is the biggest puzzler i think, the man obviously has talent but Martinez doesnt know how to use it. Much like Jewell, Hutchings and Bruce did not know how to use a player like Landzaat. The premiership just does not suit them. You have to rely on the likes of Nolan e.t.c nowadays, But is that a bad thing, bring on the championship, and its championship english players.
Oh and on the subject. I still stand by my claim that Hendry Thomas is one of the worst players i have ever seen.
Rodallega has a shocker every week, On the subject of Alcaraz, Not the strongest of center backs, He should be a left back, He is wasted with Caldwell, Partly coz Both Caldwells are dump, But more the fact we have no stability at either wing back
can not think of a reason not to have him back. Very tidy defender and not given a blink of a chance here. From what i saw of him, he looked the part
Fair play, They did actually play well for the second half at least today, A mixture of poor managerial decisions and Caldwell’s defensive ability did us today. How Martinez could take off Moses is beyond me, Although N’Zogbia as an impact player seems to work better.
On the plus side, Sammon looks as though he is hungry for it, That is what we need. Very happy with his contribution, Just hope it is not a Folan, King type period.
Just the white one after 20 mins of play
