Exactly, and spot on Nun, what pisses me off the most is this admin lot are milking the club each and every day while the supporters are paying the staff wages!

Placed into administration by the Kray twins then put into the safe hands of Ronnie Biggs and Buster feckin Edward’s. How much bad luck can one club have. We are seriously in the quagmire.
What has been said on social media that has Krasner threatening legal action?
I’m not too sure. But he’s taking legal action against this person for his/her comments. Yet, did he take the same action over Nixon for his comments the other week?
Sounds like Leneghan plus a n other battling for control of club. Sounds to me like prospective bidder has been pissed off by admin and that’s why Krastner is taking legal advice. Summat about this admin lot I just do not trust.
Admin now selling all the can Euxton to be sold to property developers. Vultures at it’s best picking the meat of the bones before moving on. If they put as much effort into finding a buyer there might not be a need to sell Euxton or Lowe and Windass, or got decent money for those they’ve already sold rather than a fire sale.
Geldhart with sell on clauses ? wtf is that about ? there might not be a club to pass any owed money onto. I said it from the beginning, they are interested in one thing, money.

Latest is that Nobbers apparently renewed interest in Euxton. Something doesn’t smell right concerning our search for new owners.If the American interest were true surely they’d take the lot at a gift horse cost.. As each day passes I fear the thugby owners and administration are orchestrating a carve up.
In the fog of all this, the point is being missed that the Administrators are tasked to raise as much as possible from the sale of the club and its assets.
The sad thing is that the assets sold off individually are worth more than the club and the assets collectively, simply because the footballing side is the one part of the sum that is technically negative equity and will remain so until income streams reappear. The value of the playing staff appears less than value of outgoings, and until that changes, the Administrators will continue to sell anything they can to raise funds.

To own Latics you take on the debt, there is no fee as Way has given up on it.
So new owners take on the club, say they sell the stadium let’s say £15 million for figures sake.
They pay off the 25p in the £ debt roughly £1.5million then pocket around £13.5 million that’s why.
Admin make money late in the day with 2 sales, stadium and the actual club,
New owners make money and own a club risk free,
Lennegan buys a stadium no Latics to fund and pulls in rent from us,
All 3 come out happy, we get dry b#mmedAgain
