Downing had a good game the other week? Well once in 2 years is ok I suppose.

That has to be a wind up?! I agree with the playing at the wrong club part, he should be at Scunthorpe, garbage, running around alot doesn’t constitute a top class player, and don’t get me started on the transfer fee and wages!
When villa sold Barry, Milner, Downing and Young for the money they did, they must have been waiting for a visit from the fraud squad, all 4 if them get in my over rated squad.
The only remote possibility of Rooney being involved in a World Cup final, is if he becomes a referee or linesman after retiring, and if he did, his threat may be just as potent as it is now, ie not very.
The media like to build the England team up, as though they should be competing with the Brazil’s and Germany’s, when in fact they just aren’t very good, they only build them up in order to knock them when they fail, they get a story either way.

Wilshire isn’t anything like Paul Scholes was, or ever has been, as a player. Seem to recall him spending most of the game at the DW this season on the floor, moaning to the referee. Cleverly is better, though he’s not world class either.
Now you’re just arguing for the sake of it, if I was a sad act, I’d probably report you for trolling, but I’m better than that. Re read my post, you will see that I said Wilshere has the potential to be the new Paul scholes, are you going to argue with that? Are you psychic aswell as condescending?

I apologise, I just couldn’t restrain myself from telling him what he is, I’m too honest for my own good at times, I’ll ignore him from now on, it won’t be hard as he doesn’t have anything interesting to say anyway.
Anyway, after the ******* thread derailing son of a ***** has almost succeeded in ruining my thread, probably born out of jealousy as he can’t start a friendly interesting one, can we please just have a reasoned thread without all the childish behaviour?
I agree, Henderson is grossly overrated and over valued, I’m not going to tar Wilshere with that brush yet, because he’s young and he’s got the potential to be the next Paul scholes, and Carroll, true that.
I agree, Rooney is a tool, and yes, I definately think he’s overrated, why would anyone ‘want’ someone to be overrated?
