How long before Bottom Four Bob has Everton at the wrong end of the table ?

Tick Tock, Tick Tock; two more places to go ! This post is set to run !

Next up Chelski. Don’t think Bob’s new signings will save him. So it’s bottom four on Saturday at 16:50pm

Probably a better chance of us being in the bottom 4 before Bob Tick Tock

Yip he beat a big club today but be prepared for him drawing against the likes of Cardiff, West Brom, Norwich and struggle to beat Stevenage in the cup…..oh he already has done??, come on lad if you heard the commentary on 5 live coming home from Leicester, Chelsea should have been 6 nil up at half time. tock fekin tick. :P[/quote]

    No back tracking?

LostockHallLatic thought it wouldn’t take long. He even set the clock ticking!

    Uwe Rosler said;

“We had a game plan and played differently than they expected us to. We decided not to play our passing game and wanted to have a high line and I think it worked very well – we had more attempts on goal and the better chances in the first half.

“The substitution played a part in the goal and it was great individual skill from Beausejour. He’s a player we can use in all positions on the left-hand side and he showed today why he is probably going to the World Cup.”

    Very amusing, as usual.

Happy New Year to everybody keeping an eye on Roberto’s career.

I think some of us are going to have a very upsetting season. Too bad.

And congratulations – we’ve just clocked up 10,000 views too!

Now I know you don’t like to give any credit to Roberto. Perhaps he was clever enough to leave the Everton defence alone.

Meanwhile, Moyes inherited the team that won the Premier League by eleven points. They are now eight points behind the leaders.

If you owe the bank £150, then you have a problem. If you owe the bank £150 million, then the bank has a problem.

Wanderers owe Gartside £150 million. Surely he’s prepared not to see it again. I hope he’s had his money’s worth.

This thread is for everyone who has an interest in the fortunes of our former manager and players.

Everton have the best defensive record in the league, so apparently Roberto does understand defence after all.

    Seconds out!

But there are lots of reasons not to expect a win.

Our last two games have both ended as 0-0 draws at home. Our leading scorer – Powell – is not 100% fit, even if he is still here.

Derby are in great form at the moment and have the best goal difference in the league.

However, we can play for a win, and football is not a logical game.

It will be a good test. We certainly can’t play any worse than we did at home.

We are better organised in defence now but, as all season, we still struggle to score. And it will be even harder if we are without our makeshift forward Powell. We desperately need our forwards to rise to the occasion.

Well, I would never have thought of that.

A win would be wonderful but I don’t think that we should expect too much from the game on Wednesday.

Our problems may be obvious to everybody now, but some posters disagreed strongly with any concern expressed about our difficulty in creating chances and taking them earlier in the season.

    What’s your name?

    Don’t tell him!

Bruce has built a Hull team who should be good enough to stay up this season. They play attractive football, with three at the back, and put six past Fulham at the weekend. Powell should gain further experience there.

Bruce may sign Graham or Livermore on a permanent contract, leaving room for Powell.

Hull certainly look a better proposition now than they did a month ago.

    Fingers crossed!

But not Nick Powell, although he is in great demand from clubs in the Premier League.

He’s been played out of position here but has still made a great impression.
