season ticket going back if we get this (unt………
I save posts for something that needs saying in the main, and I feel this needs to be said.
I am 44 years old with 30 odd of them watching the latics.
This individual is VILE, I detest the scumbag.
I will not watch my team if he puts the colours on.Then more fool YOU!!!!!!!
I will not boycott my team who i have supported all my life, if and when we sign this turd there will only be you who loses outYesterday I was at the match, after the match I went for a meal. I was sat on the next table to a well known Latics senior figure. I am not going to say who as it isn’t fair on the person who took time out from his meal with his family to talk to me.Now, for most of you who know me on this board, I am very much Pro-Martinez and think he is doing more good for our great club than bad. Anyway, some interesting things came out of the chat.
– The first 15 minutes, latics tried to do a game plan but it went very wrong mainly due to the Figg mistake.
– We are stuggling with the timeing of injuries and breaking people into the squad.
– We can’t just throw new players into the squad straigth away as it can backfire quite badly (not to sure if this was a reference to Boselli).
– Gohori was 90% fit but there was nobody else who was fit who could try and handle Bale….Stam is good going forward, but not too good when he does’t have the ball.
– A new formation will be played when a certain player returns from injury (think of the second half against Spurs)
– Everyone is raving about Crusat within the club due to his speed and skill. He will be making a start fairly soon.I honestly beleive we will be a really good side this season. We have been beaten by a very good Man City Side, Should have beat Everton if we had a bit of luck and also matched a top 4 side in Spurs through the second half.
I think when our defence is back and we have bedded in these new players, we will be a good outfit.
All these people on here who think they know more than Bob and hs staff are absolute clowns…maybe if you listened to the people in the job, you would see why things are done in the way they are.
:text-goodpost:
yeah but dont forget they are pro managers on there x-box,ps3 and what ever else they play onThis rant simply shows the level of football intelligence that so many of our fans display at home games with their non-stop bloody moaning.
We’ve lost to Everton, Man City and Spurs.
We are unbeaten against teams that should be our relegation rivals – QPR, Norwich and Swansea.
Get a grip.

ohhh for the love of all thigs football related. look
Mr. Primate, you cant call other peoples level of intelligence when suggesting that we should be happy losing to the likes of spurs, utd, liverpool et al. Ambition, winning, europe and that frigging warchest are all quotes by our chairman and echoed by the useless prick with the folded arms. Ive seen no evidence of any of it in all our premiership lagging.take off the rose tints son, and eccept that untill we get a manager with some balls, we are only going in one direction…… and it aint upwards.[/quote
And which direction are we going in then ?
FACT Roberto martinez 2yrs in charge 2yrs in the premBlame him for louis walsh still being a judge
2-0 to the tics
has the site down time of the last couple of days been the latest in a long line of tactics by the happy clappers to take pressure off their man, after yet another in the long line of inept, gutless displays ?this year on year progress/improvment you all keep telling me about must me warming the cockles of you martinez supporters hearts.
YAWN!!!!!!!!
Interested to see what perception people have of visiting away games. As a “for instance” my wife and I visted City on Saturday and were searched – bags searched and patted down – had our drink (bottle of cheap cola) confiscated and my wife was asked if she had a lighter on her – as a lifelong non-smoker.
I presume we fit the hooligan demographic – aged 61 and 57.
No City supporters seemed to get frisked. Bottles of cola were available in the ground at £2.50 and presumably any smokers would have their lighters confiscated, or were they looking for arsonists?
The problem for me was this was all done with a poor grace and no customer empathy. Seemed to be a box ticking exercise “just following the rules”.
I presume that City do not want repeat visits. Objective achieved – they won’t get any more of my money.Cith have turned into big time charARSEHOLESlies,my son went last year with a few of his mates and took his flag which is a large one to say the least,( he had burnt his hand badley before he went) has he started to put the flag out a stward said you cant put that out its to big so they started to put it away and the steward walked away. 10 mins later my son got talking to another steward who said yeah put your flag out, as my son put the flag out 5 stewards came charging to him told him to put the flag away,he explained that the steward told him it was ok,to which he was told he wasnt putting it away fast enough (remember hes only got 1 hand because his other strapped up) then they grabbed him and his friend and threw them out, all this before ko.
My son came home after game and told me this,i e-mailed cith and they didnt denigh any of it and the reply i got to say the least was snotty and ignorant :angry-soapbox:What has left a bad taste in his mouth, I must have missed summutApart from the obvious jokes ;)
Gyan leaving for a club in middle east after having a meeting with spud head saying he wanted to stay and also work on his fitness levelsGot to agree LMB jack green was friends with my dad, you could ask jack anything about latics and he would give you the answear in the blink of an eye another one was colin barnes a true gent and loyal fan but never got to see the good times along with my dad both died at young ages
So its not just me!!!!! Capello should have gone after world cup.Press conferance before bulgaria,i am not picking players because of there name (lampard) and i am not happy with his club form, so whats changed between friday and last night have chelsea played in between   :?
NOW NOW, LMB What sort of an example is that to set
at the very least you should be punching him  ;)
Is anyone else a little frustrated/jealous seeing Wright Phillips, Barton and Bellamy (if he goes) signing for QPR whilst we bring in an unknown and Shaun Maloney?Ill be behind anyone who puts on a Latics shirt but I do wish we would get a more established PL player. Theres plenty of them still around and we have the money to make the deal.
Come on Bobby.. Still time yet
Well they arnt getting bellamy, swp been held up by city so that may not happen and if things dont go right at qpr barton will soon spit the dummy out
yeah he cant do it this level
Done deal
