Cannot believe that Bob is actually speaking to Aston Villa. I dont think fans are saying he shouldnt take the job. They maybe are just saying they dont want him to.
I think the move from swansea to wigan; and a potential move from Wigan to Villa cant really be compared.
If Roberto does do the unusual thing to show loyalty and not follow the premiership media bandwagon by joining a so called giant of the game.
I cannot wait to see who arrives at wigan. Martinez has brought in some really decent players for us, (exc Bosselli) for one i think the aquisition of Diame is just superb scouting. To bring a player from the lower leagues of his quality at such a young age. Hopefully he has some other hidden gems that he can unvail to the Wigan fans. Without sounding too much of a retarded optimist; with the way we played and presented ourselves over the latter stages of the season. Why can we not aim for top half finish? we can be just as good as fulham,Newcastle, Sunderland,West Brom even Everton.
FairPlay. Ok think Sunderland will struggle. I just like the though of Bruce being booted out on his ass.

For thefinal third of the season. Roberto has had the squad playing some entertaining stuff. Not sure how you can say other wise. It was consistency that was our problem. We nailed that down during the las 10 or so games.
If roberto was to leave, in all honesty I would be gutted. I’m hoping he is here for few more years. I think looking at the man he is, the way his team play and the way he presents himself and the club through the media is top class. I was a big Paul jewell fan, but to roberto I’m confident in saying we are much better equipped under roberto’s leadership.

I think we will have to pay more also, but as long as the negotiations are kept in house between Wigan and Bolton and the player is shown a bit of respect for a change I think we can nail this one. I’m optimistic. As the thought of having Kirkland back in nets next season, scares the $h!t out of me.
