Being a landlord aint all its cracked up to be eh?When a landlord receives an unexpected rise in expenditure then the landlord must up the rent of the establishment if the tenant can’t afford the rise in rent then the tenant may have to look for alternative accommodation

Watch out Lostock don’t have an opinion and watch out even more if that opinion is anti Bobby’s style of play or about his coaching ability.
Anyway Horc and I are going to Alty to see the lads. You’d best get used to that style of play as you’ll be seeing it under Caldwell.
That could be the reason the season ticket sales have gone so well. ;)

I did check the records it was an average of 4744, with a high of 8100 and low of 3146.For the hard of understanding, all these numbers are higher than 2000:

“With season-card sales for the new campaign reported to be ‘very healthy’,”I don’t know what constitutes “healthy”, but the number of green dots on
https://www.eticketing.co.uk/wiganathletic/details/event.aspx?itemref=3020
suggests that there are well over 80% of all seats still available – and that’s after taking into consideration all those rows & blocks that are being closed off for this season.
the obsession continues
If we can sell six thousand seats in advance then our average gate will be at least 6k plus with the matchday ticket sales.
About 1200 seats sold so far, so quite a way to go.
Mutty old boy .If that fleebag is still going, take it for a walk. You are spending too much time on ere.counting fans and tickets. It will soon put you in a box.you sad little prick.
I hope you will agree with me and say a big thank you to Sir DW for his donation too the Billy Boston statue after all it takes an football mon to make up the numbers to get this statue going then again it’s am rugby town after all
FUND-raising for the statue of Wigan rugby league legend Billy Boston is in the “home straight” thanks to a huge donation from Dave Whelan.
The Wigan Athletic life president made the tremendous gesture this week on behalf of the club and its fans, marking the first anniversary of the launch of the appeal by handing over a cheque for £33,000.
The amount is a third of the overall target of £100,000 and almost doubles what was already in the pot to £67,000.
Those behind the Billy Boston Statue Trust charity now say this puts them well on course to having it built, with the location already revealed as Believe Square in Wigan town centre.
Supporters have spent that last 12 months holding various fund-raisers, raising thousands to put into the pot.
And the additional funding from the recently retired Latics chairman provides the biggest boost yet.
Pity the 100,000 who used to go to Wembley couldn’t chip in :woohoo: :woohoo:Sir Dave Whelan must have a soft heart for the KLUMPS.Not long ago a lot of their great fans was wishing our former chairman allsorts of bad things to happen to him.He should have put the money on something else.Surely the scroungers could of got a small statue for 35 grand. No shame them staines of the highest order. ;)
Looks well when a League 1 Football club owner is having to cough up a third of the money for a Wigan rugby legend’s statue!
How much has Lenagan given?
An absolute insult from Wigan rugby to one of its greats, bloody joke of a club!
Now tell us that Wigan rugby isn’t skint!
Wow. And still Whelans eyes and ears is still hanging in there.Bloody joke Wigan. pot the Wheelbarrow for FACKS SAKE. :cheer:
I will be interested in what formation he adopts there. He was a 4-4-2 man at Brentford yet changed when he came here. If he thinks it was demanding at Wigan then he is in for a shock next season.Theres a chance He could come to us for his number two. :cheer:
Kit mon gone, Cribley gone, who is next? :ohmy:I would not put money on Wheel barrow being on that list. ;)
Humour me. Who is “Wheeliebin eyes and ears”?
Is that similar to Wet Spam, Dulham and Liebour?
I think he means ‘Wheelbarrow’ ! ;)
Correct Fil.Whelans eyes and ears Barrow is got to be.How the fack is he still at Latics when four managers have gone.He was ok when he played for us.them days have gone so should he. ;)
Season tickets will be cheaper due to not spending the 11 mill for the sales of Jimmy mc authur snd Callum Mac. :cheer:
He gona do that in He.When we lost our place in the prem.Wheeliebin said we are gona get back in the prem ;) we belong there. :cheer:
