I have just organised for the team sheets to be available in the Supporters Club prior to the Maribor game next week.
Apparently the originals are on UEFA Paper and the Club will try to get these for us, but at worst there will be photocopies there.
I have to talk to the committee but I will probably ask for 50p minimum donation for each sheet which we will donate to a Charity.
Hope this is OK
That’s Bronxbomber’s new conservatory up the swannee, then!
I ain’t making anything out of selling these, as I said, they cost me £1.00 each plus the postage from Holland and at least they are ORIGINALS given out at the game, not photocopies..Or like the ones Garswood put the links to on the site, which were only printed after the game.
I’ve got one of the team sheets given out before the game, its just a black and white photocopy, there is no need to buy them I will scan it and you can download and print it yourselves.
How bout photocopying a load and still charge a pound and donate the money to josephs goal ;)
I didn’t get these for nothing I had to buy then and with the postage costs they will probably end up costing me £1.00 Check out Ebay there is a guy selling a ticket and a team sheet for £6.50 plus £5.50 postage…. I’m a programme collector, and want the GENUINE programme, team sheet, that was issued on the day. In my case I don’t want a photo copy done after the game. It’s akin to having photocopies of the Beatles autographs. or for Stamp Collectors a photocopy of a penny black, but hey each to their own ;)
But the original given out at the game is a photocopy ????
Yes it was, the point being, as a ‘ Programme Collector’ I want a Genuine issue that was given out/sold at the game, be it a printed sheet or a photocopy, like the team sheets given out prior to the game at Wigan. I suppose to most people they just want a souvenir of the game so they aren’t bothered. However collectors want an original( it’s just a collecting thing). For example take the 1966 World Cup Final programme. A Reprint you can pick up for around £10.00 an ORIGINAL would cost you near to £100 There is no difference in them.

Jimmy I was told the same thing It was only when I saw someone on Ebay selling the team sheet and ticket that I found out there had been a team sheet issued. I contacted a programe dealer and he said he would get what he could. I also contacted both Bruge and Waregem. No reply from Bruge but as I said the guy from Waregem said Quote…
“we offered a team presentation book of more than 100 pages being sold at the fanshop for the Wigan fans.” I don’t know anyone who got one? However as I said I’ve asked him if there are any left.Hi George they are different to the one I have ordered which was given out before the game. Obviously these weren’t available to fans before the game. One of them was printed after the game started and the other was after the game finished.
Where did you get them from? Looked on the UEFA web site and can’t find them there?Yes he was on the bench in Brugge but how is it EVERY player we buy needs 2 or 3 months to “SETTLE IN” :(
Coyle spitting his dummy out and not selecting him isn’t very professional
Maybe he’s the one spitting his dummy? Just a thought.
Yep Maybe it is, However a player surely can’t dictate to the manager if he plays or not? Surely if he refuses to play then he is in breach of his contract. You must have heard the same rumour as I have ;)
O.K. I’ll give him a ring tomorrow
Are they running a trip to Russia?
George You have got to ask yourself why did the Travel Club not run any coaches then??? To much trouble probably. ;) But to be honest they are a ‘Travel Club’ in name only. All they do is take bookings for Eavesway’s coaches.
Town.. You say you only had one driver?? George says they had two drivers That would be my first question. It would appear that as Shearings have had to hire the other coaches, they were reclaiming some of the cost back by only having one driver? Why chose Shearings anyway? Eavesway are the regular coach company used by the Travel Club???
Edinburgh as a matter on interest what was the advertised time for your arrival in Brugge? Was it the original time i.e. the one quoted for leaving at 1.00a.m. or the later revised time If when booking originally you were quoted a 1/2 day in Brugge and you only had 2 hours, You are quite easily pleased. I would be down at their offices of the club and Shearings first thing Monday morning. As you booked through the club I would think they are responsible. The logistics of leaving at 3.30a.m. should have alerted people that they wouldn’t have the original allotted time in the city. You don’t need a degree in Maths to know that if by leaving at 1.00a.m. they state an afternoon free. By leaving 2 1/2 hours later means you aren’t going to get that same amount of free time.
LMB did you get my e.mail ref the Raffle? People contacting me wanting to know the result.
George you ain’t going to have much time to sample the delights of Bruge :(
We are leaving around 12.30-1.00 a.m. I think we are booked on the 8.00 a.m. ferry to Dunkirk, 2 hours, then 1 hour to Bruge.George are you going via the tunnel or ferry?
