Players come here with big reputations, do nothing, we move them on and they are star players at other clubs i.e. Forshaw Best player on the field on Saturday by all accounts, deemed not good enough for us.

Traveling the world, watching players, and no doubt staying in the best hotels and flying first class, plus the salary he is on, You are deluded. Did you see him with Martinez and Henry at the Barcelona game? Probably on a three year contract at least, and on quadruple the salary he would be on at Wiagn.

O.K. you can understand the Man Utd. and Liverpool games but Chester and Macclesfield :(Am I the only one that thinks that all this Media attention Grigg is getting and if he does play in the Championships(and scores a few goals) could only be to the detriment of us…. :(

You can add another to the list, we played Man Utd in a “TRAINING MATCH” at Robin Park 8th February 1984 I think it was on a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon and there were only about 40 people there I have the single sheet programme in front of me. I think we won 2-1?
I was talking football and sport if the bitter people can’t get there heads around that. Well that’s a shame.I think you can class ORRELL R.U. Club as a SPORT, and there are a lot of ‘bitter people’ who where and are, still associated with the club who blame D.W. for ruining the club and selling off their ground.
