You (England) are indeed shit and will not be winning anything in your lifetime and so he (Neville) should take a leaf out of practically every England fan in the country’s book and accept the situation ! No one cares anymore because England have been shite for the best part of 40 yrs now. Grant Holt didn’t get a standing ovation as you say in the East Stand for the shit control you highlighted, it was the provider of the cross who was applauded, (No standing for him either by the way !) Holt himself applauded the provider and yes his control was very poor ! Perhaps the West Stand massive rose to their feet in anticipation of Holt controlling the cross and burying the ball in the back of the onion bag but I doubt very much that he was given a standing ovation for that shite !
You’re not even referring to the same incident. There was no cross involved. In fact, it wasn’t even in the same game as Jordi’s 30-yarder, I was using poetic licence, so you can be forgiven for thinking that.

You may have misconstrued my comment because the words I used were ” Or give it to Griff to pass on ” I don’t know the name of the guy you supposedly know and to be honest I dont give a flying you know what, but I do know from jibes on here that you know somebody and so that is why I wrote that comment ! Griff, I would guess having witnessed their support that both Horc and Alasdair are far more animated than you on match days when it comes to getting behind the team ! Just saying !
