Who remembers when we first signed Morsey and he was a marauding attacking midfielder ? Every time he got the ball back then we anticipated some action, whether it be a run into the box or some great effort on goal from distance but now he seems bereft of any of that?

I thought Reece James was our MOTM but the coach I’m on has given 30 votes to Dan Burn. Was he not at fault for their goal? Initially letting their man stroll past him?
I thought Burn was great, if only he had shown a bit more composure near the end when, after a great run he over hit his pass to put Powell clean through.
PS Max Power should be in for shooting practice tomorrow with Evans and Michael Jacobs needs to be bought a new sat nav as he didn’t show up tonight.
We should have won by three or fours goals on the balance of play and chances created, but at the end of the day we have another match to go to, so its not all doom and gloom.[/quote]

England will be expected to progress to the knock out stage where they will be swiftly knocked out as per!
From an armchair point of view I thought it was awful ! They were there for the taking, especially in the first half and we were woeful with the final piece of the proverbial jigsaw!
On the bright side, those who were very vocal about being unable to get a ticket for the Fylde game will be able to get one for the replay!There were quite a few empty seats in that side section and before anyone says it could have been people not able to make it then they miraculously must have all been allocated seats together! ;)
