if he’s at Wigan on loan and he can’t even get a sniff then how do you expect the young lad all pumped to go sit back and play in the Academy of a club a League below ??. I’d say he’s a nobhead but a part of me can see his frustration as well, won’t be missed. If he’s not getting a sniff then he needs to accept either (a) he actually isn’t that good and could make a career in League One – not megabucks but better than being on the dole – or (b) work hard to prove he actually is that good and gain tons of respect and probably be given a chance.
He has been a knobhead.I am not saying we would have won but if we had of had some of the missing players in our side and played some of the football we’ve
played of late I’m dam sure we would have give them a game.Although they looked good they didn’t rip up any trees
I’d beg to differ there to be honest.
Their passing was spot on, direct to the man not yards behind him, their ball control was spot-on, not like ours bouncing yards away off our feet, their movement off the ball was effective, the through balls they played were incisive.
They looked like they are, a top Premier League club.
It doesn’t mean we should roll over, but to keep them down to two (and maybe if VAR hadnt’t intervened we could have given them a rough last 10 minutes) was well done, but you can’t dismiss them.He wood, woodn’t he?
Great start…..now let’s put em to bed !!!!A bit early to start drinking
Inability to put em to bed.
Although we do have a regular on here doing the half-time challenge and beating the Brum guy :DAll these born in 2002 – same as Joffy
Assuning you mean in normal home-away format: 0-1
(and no, I haven’t been drinking :D )I heard we actually lost 2-0
Putting him on gardening leave would be a breach of contract.
People talk as though teh key element of a contract is its length, but that is pretty small stuff in general terms.
The contents of the contract are what defines it – the remuneration package, what the duties are, responsibilities etc
Changing those would constitute breach of contract, and leave the club open to further litigation.
You hear of people in business being put on gardening leave but they are usually happy to do so – they are being paid for doing nowt.
For a football manager to be asked to look after the Under-8s would ruin his chances of future employment at any reasonable level.Sorry to say, friend
You scanned this all incorrect
This is a haiku(Three lines, of 5-7-5 syllables respectively)
:D
The team we have it does seem cursed
It surely cannot get much worse.
But I have only just got up
And read your poem o’er coffee cup.
This morning I have gone from bed to verse.20014
You’ll be telling us there is no Father Christmas next.Wait! What?
There are limits you know …..There is of course the theory that as the owners are running a betting company there may be very good odds on offer in-play for a draw or loss from a winning position.
Not my theory of course ……. -
