I’m now leaving 10 minutes earlier for the game, as the motorway will be chaos with all the fans, and what about the services oh my god I’m starting to panic (best book me sh*thouse on the toll road).Have a good day at the game today everyone, some of us are working so we can see the CHAMPIONS at Wembley (only joking)
So when we are out numbered 5 to 1 against the Arsenal and us ES2 crowd are singing our hearts out “ FA CUP CHAMPIONS, WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE” and we are winning 4 – 1 in the 89th minute your telling me after a couple of shandy’s your not going to join in .How are we going to fit FA CUP CHAMPIONS TWICE into the song ?
FA CUP for me, all those fans in the prem who say survival over winning a trophy CRAP, that’s cause they have won nothing ,ask the Arsenal fans what they want and FA CUP is top of the list let’s ruin Arsenes party .However we need the money of the premiership to maintain a decent squad, I’m puzzled .NO FA CUP IT IS .
Now now don’t get to excited, we won’t be able to sing “ 2-1 to the empty seats” if we sell any more .
As Mr Greaves use to say its a funny old game, but great results else where today. Hardest thing for me I think, is to get to the play off final, I’m sure we’ll get in to the play offs, but getting to the play off final is the challenge. To sum it up I’m sure we will win it, if were in it. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Anything that hits the back of the net is a good goal but the City pen was a poor penalty for me , you hit it hard and right in any of the four corners and if the keeper saves it hats of to him , that’s my preference .
At QPR on Tuesday he came on and added composure straight away, alright another result that could have been better, but the whole performance was below par .
:( We piled in for the semi as it was a little wet outside, you have a upstairs and a downstairs, when the downstairs is full they shove you upstairs and its not the greatest, downstairs looked a lot better, but you try telling a Russian bouncer you want to go downstairs no chance, for the final we went the torch brilliant, great atmosphere but very busy loads of singing . :cheer:
Sorry I couldn’t resist this, it made me chuckle in the club shop is a T shirt with FA CUP CHAMPIONS we know what we are , I think that ends the debate .
Most at the game thought the same we didn’t turn up in the first half but still created chances, Powell to big for his boots,Love to get them in the play offs in pub after all QPR fans full of praise for us .
Yep queued up 03:00 this morning very enjoyable experience great banter and plan to do it again next time with tent and barbe and visit the red robin at night, bad head now though.
