another numpty reading it  No matter how many times you post “pointless threads” it wont make one bit of differance, martinez aint going anywhere even if we go down numpty
why aceface???????He has built a team that cannot play the way he wants and he is to pig headed to change it. Not signs of a decent manager if you ask. :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: So Uncle Dave has said he will pull us out of the premier league if the plan is adopted http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15351465.stmRoberto seems to be one step ahead of him there :text-goodpost: Martinez vacate the DW as soon as possible please, and take your book of stupid after match QUOTES with you.:text-goodpost: If they lose to chelski today and fulham don’t lose we will be in the relegation zone with Bolton. This will make the game at the DW Stadium in a couple of weeks a massive game. It’s always a massive game anyway. I hate the knuckle dragging Noblot barstewards. The last 4 or 5 games have been well, indifferent to say the least. But is this not down to there being a preseaon with a ‘starting eleven’ that due to injuries hasn’t yet played together?Or are some thinking that when the likes of Alcaraz, Rodallega, Boyce, McCarthy (cos he aint been fit yet) etc come back and we play our ‘strongest team’, we still won’t cut it? Jayt it’s been obvious since the start of the season James McCarthy has not been fit. We have a large number of midfielders in our squad if there not better than an unfit player why the hell did Bob sign them. Also injuries are part of the game and yes I think we will be better when everyone is fit BUT Bob keeps going on about our quality squad, strength in depth etc. I’m sorry Jayt I don’t see any progress and I think we will be up to our neck’s in the brown stuff coming down the stretch again this year. …strap yourselves in for another white knuckle ride! :scared-shocked: A white knuckle ride is usually an exciting experience, what we are experiencing at the moment is far from that.
:text-goodpost: :text-goodpost: Edinburgh, nail on the head there. About time people realised that the way this club has to operate, our full strength eleven has to be on the top of its game to compete in this league. When we have to draft people in from the stiffs, we will always struggle even more. Great point Griff but this is where my frustration is with Bob. Every window he seems to bring in players to bring through not go straight into the first team. I know we cant afford top players but surely we can sign a couple who would walk into the side after all everbody says its the best league in the world so why cant we bring in a little quality to play in it?. Just a thought but those who think we should be spending vast amounts of money here is a poser for you. With our season ticket prices being ridiculously low for Prem football would you be happy to have the cost doubled to make funds available? And if prices did double how do you think it would affect attendances? .
I pay now for corporate hospitality and seat in the West Stand. I would be willing to pay more if we had a good side with money to spend and a bit of excitement. How it would affect our support???? I believe it would increase providing the new ticket prices were not at QPR levels because people want to see a winning team. pee off with it, We have not improved one bit since he took over, :( but eh we should nt be in this league, and teams are head and shoulders above us, so we should be grateful :roll:pskl why are there so many people who watch the same shoite as us every week who would disagree with everything you said. They back Bob to the hilt, sorry I just don’t get it. I wonder how long the it will be before the ‘big hitters’ of yester year are on here and the other sites defending their boy and telling us all how “we should be grateful for having such an up and coming young manager who loves the club and plays the game the right way”.
As opposed to a manager who actually knows how to coach a side that can defend, that can pass the ball to their own teamates more than they pass it to the opposition, that has more than one shot on goal in 90 mins and one that can get his players motivated enough to show a little more effort and enthusiasm than a mexican donkey trainer.I’m scared to post now, every time I do if I’m not saying how great everything is I get shouted at. Me and you Loudmouth seem to be in the minority who think things are not going well. May be everyone else is right and we really are sad depressing individuals who just moan for moanings sake????? But if things are alright how come we keep getting beat???? And because he doesn’t agree with you Hindley, he’s a knob? Right, good argument, well done. What is it they say about people in glass house Griff ;)
;) To be fair, I only insult people who deserve it
Fair play :text-goodpost: And because he doesn’t agree with you Hindley, he’s a knob?Right, good argument, well done. What is it they say about people in glass house Griff ;) Yes, of course, because what Caldwell should have said when asked to comment publicly about his management team is “they are all a bunch of clueless c**** who know nothing about football and neither do I?”:text-goodpost: :text-goodpost: :text-goodpost: He called me a knob. Check his smiley. Why are you interested?RP a fans forum is about people who support the same club coming together to express opinions. And that my friend is what I do, you wont find a post of mine that say’s I think I’m important. I am just one of many who use this sight to talk all things Wigan Athletic, if we all agreed how boring would it be?????? Or may be it’s you who think’s he is important because if they don’t agree with you they have miserable unfulfilled lives. My life is fine cheers pal but you will not convince me that Bob’s way is 1 the only way and 2 the right way. We know Gomez isn’t the best, but it would be unfair to single him out.
Caldwell, Figuroa and suprisingly McCarthy don’t seem up to the job at the moment.
The team did look a lot better with the introduction of Stam & McCarthur in the second half.
Hopefully when Boyce and Alcaraz are fit Bob might change it around a bit, and be able to start with his best eleven.
I still think we could do with a DeZeeuw, DeVos, Jackson type leader at the back though. That’s what Caldwell’s there for Horc. You can hardly question his commitment, but it’s just a pity that he isn’t a bit quicker. (Saying that, if he was, he wouldn’t be playing for us)
A bit quicker????? Milk turns quicker, and before you say it he must talk a great game cause I ain’t ever seen him have one. RP if you have a problem with me not being happy with the first half of Saturday’s game I suggest you go to Spec Savers because we were gash. In response to your comment about my other posts I’m really sorry you had to read them. :teasing-knob:
