Harry’s Bar is on Wallgate, facing down King St.I’ve been told but can’t picture it and forget to look when I’m there…Does the sign actually say Harry’s Bar on it?? Ill have a scan for it tonight ;)
I was referring to the clientele Griff. Mainly anyway…Pubs aren’t too nice themself though. :)
BlueView.. I still have yet to visit Harry’s Bar and couldn’t even point it out to you on King St if you asked me to, despite being in King St more or less 2 days a weekend every weekend! Last Orders on the other hand..Only been in once or twice (Obvious reasons why I have been in there this few times, and only been in on works do’s when everyone else did)) and it wasn’t really rough as in ‘fighting and kicking off’ rough…Just not a very nice place. ;)

The original poster suggested that ‘maybe’ the question of who should be captain should be one for Martinez. With thinly disguised sarcasm I suggested that might well be true. The point being, of course, that the decision is clearly one for Martinez and Martinez alone.
Now I am 100% sure that Adamski didn’t intend to suggest otherwise and my post merely points out how words can be twisted, as you yourself have pointed out recently.
You may not think it funny (neither did I particularly, if truth be told) but you cannot possible say the comment was made out of context.
Now, my advice to you would be, unless you really understand what’s going on in a thread, just ignore it. Or get a grown-up to explain it to you first.

I think Vat makes a good suggestion, Captain Kirk certainly has a ring to it. :PNot exactly the solid, reliable player you would want as a captain though wouldn’t you say?
