I hate it when you go into a pub and it’s blaitantly obvious that the people are in there are after a fight because they have had a drink. I am probably the same age as the people you are talking about but am most certainly not one of them.
so you happy clappers think this fellow is the bees knees then.just to put it into perspective(and i am not saying he is good or bad) , he was up against a forward line up that was reluctant to go into our half for much of the game , where the inept clueless clown(martinez) could easily have played 3 at the back, or even 2 come to think of it,

How many goals has NZogbia actually set up this season? OK he’s hindered by playing on the wrong wing, but how many times does he get the ball, cut inside, beat one player and lose it. Too predictable, and one of the reasons we’re not beating the lower teams – no width.
He’s a decent player being completely misused by Martinez. Judging by his tactics this season, he’d have played Valencia on the left.
Valencia had a worse assist AND goals rate and he was playing on the correct wing! ( Definately better goals rate and i am assuming better assist rate because Vaencia got about 3 or 4 in his last season and I would think zoggy has already got that many!)
Scotland isn’t upto Premiership standards, he shouldn’t be put in the firing line when he is so obviously struggling.He’d be far more effective coming on in the last 15 minutes, after N’Zogbia, Rodallega and Moses had already run the legs off the defenders.
Id rather put Moreno there for the 15 minutes than Scotland… Give Scotland 2 minutes of normal time maybe :roll:
The cold light of day hasn’t made me feel any better. When I heard the Portsmouth team before kick-off, I really did think that we’d never screw this one up, but I was wrong.I couldn’t sleep last night. Just boiling with anger as to how bad we were, and more importantly, how by making a few obvious changes, it could have been so different.
Start Moreno over Scotland could have been a winner that game….But hey…He’s scored a full goal now… better than Torres.
Alex I agree with it in the most-part. The statement that Rodallega is crap is untrue, just that he isn’t that good.

N’Zogbia needs to think about learning to travel with a ball before he can fit into a top 4 side. You can have all the skill in the world to get a defender off balance but if the next touch is 20 yards out of your feet then it’s no good.
