I find it funny people think we play 4-3-3 when we are attacking. DO these people even go to the games????
From what you said in the other part of the post that I have quoted….DO you go to games?
Then I will refer you to SW’s post :D
On this basis, even if our crowds went from 18,000 to 25,000 = 7,000 @ 20.00 (average, incl kids) = 2.6M extra ticket income, then we would be some way short of breaking even
Strikes me that we (as a stepping-stone club) may be paying too much in wages.

There you go, and that from the club with allegedly the next to smallest wage bill in the league. It’s also the reason we sell good players and replace them from the cheaper end of the market but, whilst having a disappointing and frustrating season, are not staring at a 9 point deduction like Portsmouth.
Well said Griff (Hurt me saying it ;) )…… But you are right… all these people are moaning but the true supporters would rather see us have a dodgy season like this, rather than trying to overspend and end up like Portsmouth.
Also the guy actually made a serious reply about Agbonlahor when I was clearly not being serious about it. But whilst he mentioned it… he scores enough for Villa, as if he was any more prolific he would be at a ‘top 4 club’.
Obviously a 3-0 :D To the might Wigan!
Fine, Jimbo.Really, it ain’t worth keep going on about, is it?
No, I just wanted to understand, but am now at the conclusion it was a typo.
Thtytwoyeras…Nice post….Been flagged ;)
£10mill + Carew ;)£12.5 Mill + Young and Agbonlahor (or just Heskey back, even though I was happy when he went ;) )
I would have to agree with the not thick part, but I am not trying to be amusing or anything and ACTUALLY need this explained. I just don’t see how we dropped 2 points?
OK Jimbo, replace ‘dropped’ with ‘cost the opportunity to gain’ 2 points and it works. Everyone on the board – and I suspect you too – knew exactly what he meant
That isn’t what he meant because he said ‘cost us 2, possibly 3 points’ .. So the point you are making is already covered when he says 3 points. Probably a typo by him to be honest. Oh and I am not joking and did not understand.
Exactly ! Try tellin my missus that !!!
I will. When are you out next? ;)
 good 1 that is..
Good 1? It was quite clearly going to be the next post after he said try telling your missus that
Some of them faces look like they ahve been super imposed. :?:They quite clearly and definately..HAVE! ;)
For Louise Redknapp….read Plasterers Radio. :lol:If I were married to that, I’d be packin the kids off to the kids club as well! :D
She’s incredibly stunning! No Roxanne Pallet though (Saw Roxanne Pallet on the way back to the game after the Bolton game, Jizzed in pants ;) )
Regardless of what people say, I am personally a fan of the orange kit. Think it looks quite good and is different. :)
Mons yed his made of concrete nowt sinks in :( :(
Oh he gets it, he’s not thick at all our James.
Just not remotely amusing and very, very tiresome.
I would have to agree with the not thick part, but I am not trying to be amusing or anything and ACTUALLY need this explained. I just don’t see how we dropped 2 points?
Maybe if we were winning and Kirkland f**ked up then he cost us 2 points, but in the scenario, we were drawing… So surely we dropped 1 point and 1 point only? I just don’t see how you can say he cost us 2 points. (sorry if there is a simple explanation but I cannot see how what I am saying is untrue) :shock:Thanks, not on i-tunes though!Good!
